I was out of town and had a problem at my daughter's house. When they first called I told them I didn't have a furnace problem, I had a water heater pilot light problem. They told me they could take care of that. They arrived promptly at my daughter's house but couldn't or wouldn't do anything because the water heater was 15 years old. So when I got back to town I lit the pilot light and it has been working fine since that time. They did send me a estimate for 1350 dollars to replace the water heater.

He brought men down pictures of everything up there and he did and he told me what all needed to be done and then he told me the price it would cost and then I should have had him text the amount to me! Because it was the price I was quoted and a quick look at the price but it changed.,..plus ask for pictures after the work! then I would have given all 5 stars!
