They were quick.

Got a temp fix may last a week or a month. AC is 21 years old. Got some recommendations for later.

Great communication, great consumer service, completed project as promised. Contractor was prompt and never missed an appointment. I can not say enough this is a very professional AC contractor Their price might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

Nothing else.

They were quick to respond and schedule, which was great, and even showed early. But they carried a water-filled toilet through the house, soaking the carpet and leaving a trail to the front door. They also did not recaulk around the newly installed toilet, which may not be typical - I?ve never had a toilet replaced before. Cost seems reasonable, but again, nothing to compare it to.

I am not sure yet. What I didnt like was: they want to build a permanent relationship with you by offering 1-10 year contracts. I signed up for a one year contract, so I will have to see how that goes and exactly what services and the quality of those services will be provided.

They installed the water heater that I provided new and of course, it leaked so I went and got a replacement and they wanted $250 to change it out again but did it for $200 but it only took him 30 minutes to take it out and put the other one in, was not a fair price after all the money I paid in the first place.

Hey, it was a $1000.00 but admittedly, refrigerant is expensive. Technician was very professional and got the A/C working. A good thing when you consider my 92-year-old mother had been without cooling where she rents for over a week and it's 106 degrees today!

The work was done in a very reasonable time frame and I am very happy with the results. The gentleman who did the work was personable, clean and showed respect. He listened and made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I would use this company again and would not hesitate to suggest them to others.

They are very nice I’ve used them for two years now and at the beginning of every summer and winter they call to schedule my maintenance just so I can be reassured my ac and heater are working properly

We are very pleased with the quality of the work that was done, and with the team that did it. They encountered some challenges, such as a hidden water line rupture, some unusual ducting in the home, and not being able to complete the work in a timely fashion, but they rose to the challenges. Customer service was great.

So far we have had a great experience. Albert, the sales manager, made a thorough examination of our needs and provided us with several options. Although their price for the unit we selected was higher than another bid we received, Temperature Control matched that price and financing and still agreed to provide several of the extra services that came with their bid. Albert stayed on top of things during the entire process of us evaluating bids and making a decision. Once we made a decision, they were able to schedule the work on a few days after we accepted their revised proposal. The installation was done by Claudio and his brother Rolando. They arrived just before 8:00 a.m. and had the entire installation completed before 2:00 p.m. They were professional and courteous and cleaned up everything meticulously when they were finished. It is obvious they take pride in their work and they made sure everything was done correctly, including insulating the area under the heater before the installation and carefully sealing all seams and areas around pipes and tubing. The new unit is so much quieter than our old unit and we're looking forward to the energy savings compared to our 14+ year old unit.
