Top rate installation with outstanding clean up after completion. My only complaint is that after the estimate visit, the appointment for installation the next week seems to have been overlooked or not entered, resulting in a lost day waiting for them to show up.

Sal was great! He not only fixed my initial problem but also repaired some other issues I had while he was here.

We replaced our entire AC system with a Trane unit and added air purifiers and a water conditioner/purifier for the whole house. The work is not yet completed but so far the entire experience has been excellent from the first meeting. The office personnel are efficient and courteous, the technicians (eight thus far) are competent and hard-working such that they finish on time or early. Every question and concern we have had is addressed quickly and the technicians are not only sharp but have enjoyable humor and personalities, admirable qualities for guys working hard in outdoor temperatures over 100 and who knows what it was in the attic. After each job was performed the area was cleaned up to the extent one would hardly know they were there. Thank you TempCon.

Michael was efficient and he was very thorough in explaining what type of repairs needed to be addressed now and in the future. The price was very fair for the work that was done and I will definitely continue to use Temperature Control again.

John Mancini (plumbing manager) came to my home within a day to discuss the project and explain the available options. He was very knowledgable, well-spoken, and a straight shooter. We decided to use Temperature Control because, compared to a couple competitors, they offered the best price, the best warranty, and included a case of filters with the installation. When Sal and Marco arrived for the installation, they were very friendly and professional, and got right to work. Being curious about plumbing and having very little experience, I was watching the installation. When Sal noticed, he explained the methodology and reasoning for each step of the process. The only ever-so-slight ding I have is that I wanted the system installed about a foot further to the right of where they put it.

They were nice and quiet for installers.

Sales person and installation crew were thoroughly professional. All questions were answered in advance of install, Scheduled appointments were on time. So far so good, the installed Trane unit is performing well.

They communicated with great throughout the day. They didn t pressure me to buy more but did show me different options and left it up to me. The work was done quick and my AC was back up and running by the end of the day. Thanks Richard!

Technician Matt Spears arrived early to do estimate. Price given was very reasonable and I hired them on the spot. Work was done quickly and well. Problem solved!

Every person in this company was professional and was expedient in getting a technician to our house as quickly as they could. My wife and I were very appreciative of their service. Our technician, Richard, got our a/c up and running quickly. He explained what was done to repair our unit and was friendly and knowledgeable. We have our permanent a/c and heating specialists from this point on.

Guy who came was friendly, very competent and took time to carefully explain problem and solution.

Technician came out promptly and concluded that the damage to our drywall was from rainwater and not a burst pipe. We therefore did not require a repair but their speedy response and honest assessment of our problem was highly professional and very appreciated.

Their team work is awesome to watch. Install went like clock work.

Brian Wood was very proffesional.Had a problem, when he left the air conditooner did not come on; I called office and he came back within an hour. The problem was that the original installerr damaged the swich he taped it. Brian immediately saw the problem and it was resolved
