I had a leak in my bathroom. I got same day service, they sent out 2 young men who identified my problem and fixed it the same day. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing problems.

The service was great... but, for a pump and plunger to put in the toilet tank at $233,61 was outrageous. I should have not agreed to this and I had nobody to help me!

I FOUND JONATHAN TO BE KNOWLEDGABLE AND COMPETANT. HE WAS RESPECTFUL AND POLITE. HE INSPECTED MY AC AND FURNACE AND DID SOME RUDAMENTARY CLEANING WHERE NECESSARY AND HE POINTED OUT A WEAKNESS IN MY CONDENSATION EXHASUST HOSE. IT WAS A $59 SPECIAL AND I FEEL I GOT MY MONEY'S WORTH. THROUGHOUT HIS VISIT HE REPEATEDLY EMPHASIZED THE ADVANTAGES OF MY COMMITING TO A YEARLY SERVICE PLAN. I DECIDED NOT TO DO THIS BUT I WILL CALL HIM TO COME BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR TO REPEAT THE SERVICE.

Eddie did an excellent and thorough job of replacing our failed water heater and repairing the water damage to the floor of the compartment. Very knowledgeable and professional and did exceptional work on making g the install cleaner that the previous water heater replacement done by Cummings Plumbing.

Had new gas pack installed. Ducts cleaned and sealed. Everyone involved from the first contact to the finished service were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process. All were very knowlegeable. Work was done in a timely manner. Very nice people to work with.
