+ 1 moreBil has a marvelous sense of humor, and the entire experience was a pleasure. The biggest benefit of working with a design/build firm is the ability to change the design on the fly---we were tweaking little things constantly. And you never have to listen to a builder saying that it's impossible to do what the architect says you can do (or to an architect saying that the builder doesn't know what he or she is talking about). Our relationship did not end when the house was completed. Bil has continued to be available (even now, well over year later) to deal with the kind of issues that come up in a new home.
Description of Work: Bil and his colleagues designed and built a magnificent comtemporary desert home for us in the northeast corner of Tucson.
