The crew was great. They really did a good job and were always willing to do what we asked even when we changed our minds. Very very good pricing (we shopped around). Very good to work with. The downside is that if we did not pressure them, they were not reliable and would not show up for up to a week. We lived far out in Vail, so it was a long trip for the crew so I am a little understanding. Other than that we liked them and because landscaping can get very expensive I would live with the slow process for a much better price and working relationship.
Description of Work: Repaired all the landscaping, drip and sprinkler, as well as perimeter fence. Built out new hardscapes, finished wash, and added many new plants.

Patrick came out on 5-10-13 to measure the area. It was a 11'x12' area. I had asked a quote for both brick pavers and flagstone stone. Patrick advised me that Flagstone would be more expensive due to materials and labor cost, but the results would be nicer then regualr pavers. Pavers for the project area would have been 600-700 for complete install. As for the flagstone, just for labor it would be $800. I decided that flagstone it would be since it would make the area look a lot nicer. We had planned on doing it on 5-18-13, but Patrick called me on Thursday and said that he would come out on 5-17-13 and do the install instead. He showed up on time with a crew of 4 people. I believe it is a family business and i like that cause i also run a family business. They were professional and knew what they were doing. Had all the proper tools to do the install and cleaned up afterwards. Made sure that the elevation would drain water out towards the front yard so that there would be no standing water in the patio area. It took them about 5 hours to complete the job. The end result is that I am satisfied with the work and would recommend them to anyone that is looking to do some flagstone work for their yard. I believe that i got a really good price on the work performed. I used an estimation tool for this type of job and the average price just for labor to install flagstone in Tucson, Az was $1400.00!! So Patrick and his crew gave me a really good deal on this job.
Description of Work: I was looking for a company that would install a flagstone patio for me. I had some extra flagstone from my brother's project and decided that i would use it to cover a small area in my front yard in front of a koi pond that i had recently built. I had the materials and all i needed was the labor. Called a couple of other landscape company and Tapia Landscaping was the best price. I had read other reviews on Angie's List and they had several favorable reviews so i went with them. Glad i did cause it came out really rice!!

It is two brothers and the one I deal with is Raphael. He charged me $840 for the addition of the rocks and $300 for the tree service, and that included taking away the stuff to the dump. He was a very nice guy and really cares about doing a good job. He has a lot of integrity.
Description of Work: Tapia's Landscaping added 12 tons of rock to both the back and front yards in one of my houses and did quite a bit of drip repair. He also did a complete removal of three large big trees and trimmed another large tree. He put some kind of treatment on the edge of the branches on the tree that he trimmed so that they won't grow very much.
