 + 0 moreSo far my experience with the company hasn't been good. Their quality was very inconsistent. Some crews are good and some are not good. Bad examples include: 1. Some areas weren't painted properly 2. Some areas had paint stains, paint splatter, and wood stains on the concrete and tile 3. Some areas were painted outside the lines, including on new light fixtures 4. Improperly painted parapets which led to water damage I've had them come out several times to fix, clean, and touch-up areas and things still aren't fully fixed. We even used a punch list, and the list still isn't complete. I will attempt one last time to have everything fixed.
Description of Work: I recently built a large custom home. I had a general contractor. He subcontracted the interior and exterior painting to T L Consolidated. Note: The work was subcontracted by my GC, so I'm guessing at the cost of the work.
