I want to be fair and not overact because this has been an emotional experience. It's not relative or pertinent to mention any names so I will not. I had several plumbing issues; however, the main concern was for a leaking bathroom faucet pipe. Working with American Home Shield (AHS) they selected and choose that I work with Supreme Plumbing. The appointment was set with the Supreme Plumbing Office administrative assistant, and the worker came to my home the following day. The worker was a couple hours late, and upon arrival for the initial appointment he opened the cabinet drawer where the leaking faucet pipe is and without touching or inspecting anything stated it was an easy fix and that he would need parts and would have to come back Monday. It was a holiday weekend, and I could not use the bathroom sink. For the second appointment, the same worker returned two hours late again, and stayed for about 20-30 minutes, and oddly brought NO parts just a can of something. He spoke in Spanish to his co-worker and although my conversational Spanish is not the best, I did not get a positive feeling about the conversation. He removed a plastic ring from the sink, and said all was completed. The leak looked contained but I had an uneasy feeling, so I choose to put nothing back underneath the sink and it was a good thing that I did not. After returning from a movie this evening, I came home to a leak worse than when he started. I now have to pay another $75 fee with AHS, because I do not want Supreme Plumbing back out to my home. After 2 failed attempts with Supreme Plumbing my lack of trust with this company is zero.
Description of Work: Was supposed to fix a leak under the bathroom sink.

The entire experience was awful. I called my home warranty on a Sunday to report the claim. Was told Supreme plumbing would call Monday morning to schedule an appointment. They, of course, did not call. I called them on Tuesday and scheduled an appointment with the timeframe of 1 to 4pm on Wednesday and was told they would call 30 minutes before arriving. A little after 3:30pm day of, I called the office and nobody answered. I left a voicemail. About 30 minutes later a man called apologizing saying that his secretary did not put me on his schedule and said he would still come out. Did not arrive until a little after 6pm. Did about 10 minutes of investigating, cut an awful hole in my ceiling (my 3 year old could have cut a better one) and told me that it was not a plumbing issue that it had something to do with the tile and grout failing around the shower. I paid my deductible and they left. Over the next few days, it continued to leak when the toilet flushed which is what I told the person from Supreme. I called my own trusted, professional, expert handyman to get another opinion. He came out and within 3 minutes determined that the leak was from the toilet. In fact, the wax ring under the toilet was practically nonexistent. He fixed it along with the ceiling drywall and Voila - no leaking! The fact that they call themselves a plumbing company is laughable.
Description of Work: The company was sent out by our home warranty company to investigate a leak we were having in the ceiling below our bathroom.

Appointment was scheduled for a leaking garbage disposal. Agreed upon appointment date was 1/20/16 between 1pm -5pm. Additionally they advised they tech would call when he was 30 min out. At 4pm I called the office to confirm the appointment time and that the tech was still coming. No one answered the phone so I left a message. At 5:08 pm the office (Sylvia) called and advised they were running late but would still be coming and would call me when they were 30 min out. I said ok I'll be here. No one ever came nor did anyone call. The following day no one called to apologize nor reschedule. I finally called the office again and informed them that no one came nor did anyone call. Sylvia seemed surprised then said they didn't call you. I said no. She then offered to reschedule. We agreed on the following day, Friday, Jan 22, 2016 between the hours of 10 am and 2 pm. I took yet another day off work. At 1pm I had not heard so I called the office again, Sylvia answered when I told her I was calling to confirm the appointment since I hadn't heard anything she rudely advised me that the scheduled time was 10am to 2pm. I said, OK knowing that it was already after 1pm. At 2pm the tech called and advised me that he would be here in 30 min. I told the tech that I would not be home that I had already taken 2 days off and no one had come during the scheduled time. He then asked me to call and reschedule. I informed him I had no intention of taking another day off waiting on them or rescheduling with this company however I would be calling the office. As usually I got an answering machine. I left a message and called American Home Shield and have requested service with another company. I would never use this company again. Totally unreliable!!!!
Description of Work: They never showed up for the original appointment nor the make up appointment.

Worked at the job until it was FIXED. Small company. Two brothers and a few employees. You are not calling Roto Rooter and getting guys who don't care if you ever call again. You are hiring a small company who wants to keep you as a customer! They were recommended to me by a local charity who helps seniors and people who have low incomes. Very nice man who helps this charity also. They gave me the charity service discount!!!
Description of Work: Cleared very old pipe that removes water from air conditioner. He tried small snake...didn't work...he tried larger snake and then went back again with small snake. He was determined to clear it! He was so nice and professional.

Supreme Plumbing bid on a job they did not have the expertice to complete. We would have been better off paying more and going with a qualifed outfit. We hired them in November '07, but did not have the gas turned on until March '08.
Description of Work: Hired Supreme Plumbing to put a new gas-line. They pulled the necessary permits and started work quickly, but they were unable to complete the job in a timely manner. When, after considerable pushing they did complete the job but it failed inspection. They said the job was not to pass inspection, just to put in the line. We filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors. An inspection was held and the ROC found in our favor ordering Supreme to complete the job. Supreme still argued the job was just to lay the line, not to pass inspection. They did do some more work and then called for another inspection. It failed again. When I contacted Supreme I was told this was normal. We then refiled with the ROC, obtained a court date and hired another contractor to redo the job. In court we were allowed out of our contract with Supreme and won damages.

The guy that showed up was clearly on coke. He was a reasonable plumber and I let him do the work but he wasn't covering it up very well. He had a white ring around his nose and was twitching. It was funny. He and his assistant left a grease stain on my carpet. It was a double sink so the faucets don't match but it's okay because they work so that's good. They were sent to me home warranty company.
Description of Work: I used Supreme Plumbing to replace a faucet in my master bath.
