Both Terry and John were sent to my house on different days. Both were polite and professional. John did a great job replacing the motor, spider and belt in my cooler all covered under the home warranty. They were timely and respectful of my house.

Worst company I’ve ever worked with. I’m honestly shocked this is recommended by Angie’s list. We had zero problems with our two AC units and two swamp coolers. After the technician came out, our newer unit suddenly didn’t work anymore and both our swamp coolers were loud and rattling and leaking water all over. Called the company to send someone else out. Another tech came and said that a part on the AC unit was broken and needed to be replaced. Weird since it worked just fine until the tech came. Then he said the original technician didn’t put the swamp coolers back together right and that’s why they were leaking. He fixed that. Next, our other unit started freezing and we called again for service the next day (3 calls in 3 days). They sent someone who never showed up and we were told “well we called you to tell you they couldn’t make it” which was a lie. Next day, we have the original tech show up who broke all our units in the first place. We said no. The real kicker is they sent another tech out the following day who said our frozen unit was broken because the coils were dirty and they quoted us $1200 to clean them. A second opinion told us our coils were not dirty and in fact they were pretty clean. $50 and they whiped them down. Now all our units are fine. But only after we spent over $600 with this company paying them to fix things that weren’t broken before we ever had them out. This company should not be in business. They are a scandal. I’m appalled they are recommended on Angie’s list. Read yelp.

They were sent to me from my home warranty company. They took over a week to come out in 100+ degree weather. The mechanic said that he needed a part to fix the unit and would be back with the part. One week later I received an estimate for $1000 for my portion of a new unit that was not covered under the home warranty. After checking around, I was told that it should not be more than $500. I asked the home warranty company to send someone else out for a second opionion and was told that the unit just needed refrigerant. They over inflate their prices and want to replace units that do not need to be replaced. Very unethical company.

The technicians who were sent to service and maintain the evaporative coolers and A/C units on my Tucson rental properties were incompetent. In one case, I was quoted $800 to replace a motor on a swamp cooler, when only a fuse had blown (my handyman fixed it). In another instance, I was quoted $900 to clean the cooling coils on an air conditioning unit, and another licensed contractor did it for about half the price and commented that the problem should have been noticed a year earlier when Superior Air had purported serviced the unit, as the build up of cat hair was over an extended period of time. I have an email chain with the owner of the company detailing these an other problems, but now my calls are not getting returned. And I have left five messages!! I can provide these emails. Although I was only into the first year of a 3-year contract, I offered to settle for a 50% refund, but this has fallen on deaf ears. Update 9/10/18: In addition to not returning multiple phone calls, Superior Air (a misnomer if there ever was one) also refused to voluntarily participate in the dispute resolution arbitration process offered by Angie's List. So even though I gave notice of termination 1/3rd of the way though a 3-year service contract - and the contract itself contemplated early termination - this company has stonewalled me and won't submit to a neutral third party arbitrator offered via Angie's List.

Technicians did great work, pleased with entire staff on assuring time and date of visit. My system is running great and would recommend Superior Air to my friends and family!!

First, someone was dispatched two hours before my appointment window. I called the company, and they asked if someone could come before or after the appointment time, which is the one they offered me in the first place. Someone ended up coming during my scheduled window, but this still annoyed me. For $20, you can pay them to try to sell you a bunch of stuff that you don't need. He showed me the pressures and explained what they should be at. My research and opinion of 2 other professionals told me that this was a lie, and they were trying to sell me freon I don't need. Refrigerant isn't topped off like gasoline, so either I had a leak, or it was some BS. It was BS. They also tried to sell me parts that I don't need that totaled over $750. But of course, I could get one of these things for free with a one-year maintenance package, or all of these parts for free with a five-year maintenance package. Luckily, I asked for all the estimates (and only received two of three after I asked for all of them) and did some calling around. It turns out that one of the items they offered I could get, but it's not a huge deal. The rest was utter nonsense.

Service, Timeliness, Techs were professional and informative on all my questions, I would recommend Superior Air to my friends and family.

The service tech, George, arrived right on time and explained what he planned to do. He did extensive testing of both HVAC units and clearly explained the problems he found, the recommended repairs and the estimated cost that included my disabled veteran discount. He cordially and professionally answered our occasional questions in understandable terms throughout the process, and gave us a complete overview of what he'd done upon finishing the job. George is the most courteous and competent HVAC service tech we've had over the years and we would gladly recommend him and Superior Air LLC to anyone in need of a repair or routine maintenance. We look forward to seeing him again in the fall for a heating unit checkup because we were so pleased with his work and the courtesy of the office phone reps that we purchased a 5-year service agreement with the company.

Superior Air provided me with excellent service from the 1st call I was given prompt service. The technicians are polite , professional and front office staff was a pleasure to speak to over the phone. I will use Superior Air for any and all future services.

Superior Air made the process very easy by being professional and efficient with great pricing

Used Superior Air a couple of months ago when we had a short cold spell. My furnace wouldn't come on and I have three small children in the home. I called Superior and they got me schedule for same day service. Unfortunately I had a bad gas valve in my furnace. The technician explained to me what the problem was and provided me a price for the repair which I approved. The technician did not have the right valve on the truck so someone from the office brought it out immediately and they got it fix Thank you.
