Ronald, the tech, showed up right at 8am. Diagnosed and repaired the problem. Very professional and courteous. I will definitely be calling them again.

After explaining what the problem was and going over options that were available to me, the technician immediately took care of the issue. From speaking to the receptionist, scheduling a home visit, technician arrival and completion of work I must give this company a thumbs up (A+).
