Excellent service! Highly recommend

We had soft drywall in the master bath near the shower. I called Super Drain, they were able to locate that I had a small leak in the wall. A quick fix and they were done. The plumbing tech was professional and courteous. Definitely will be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

I had an emergency in the early morning called the 24 hour service and was greeted with respect and concern about my problem. Customer service informed me they will send out a technician as soon as possible and they did just that and solved my problem the same day! I would definitely hire again should I have any plumbing issues ! Thank you Super Drain

This company has been great we had a major issue with our plumbing and it was fixed right after the problem was diagnosed. They answer phone calls promptly and they follow up with any questions. When they say they will come they always come on time and always explain everything they need to do. Now that we own our home they will definitely be our go to plumber company. The owner is great and will help in any way possible if your home warranty or insurance isn't being helpful. The owner and all his employees have been very nice and helpful as well. We had 2 guys come and stay the whole day well into the night to get a big job done for us. I would highly recommend this company. On time and good customer service!!!!!!! The problem with this company was getting them to show up when they said they would show up. The first time they came on time, but said it was a two person job and they would have to come back. The second time they were scheduled to come to the house, my husband took the day off of work and I spent $39.00 on a hotel room because I worked the night before and had to work that night as well. Super Drain did not show up, they did not call to cancel. My husband called them an hour and a half after they were supposed to be at the house and they said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. The Third time they were scheduled to come to the house, I called them right away when they had not shown up on time. They said because they couldn't be on time they weren't going to come at all. I told them I was waiting at the house for them and they needed to come and fix the leak, they showed up about an hour and a half late. They "fixed" the leak on the third visit to the house, but it wasn't fixed. The fourth time they came to the house on time and finally fixed the leak. The $60.00 we paid was the home warranty deductible that goes to the company that performs the service. Normally the company asks you for a check when they come to the house, Super Drain never asked me for a check and I erroneously assumed it was because of the hastle they had put us through. When I found out that our home warranty company was waiting for us to pay the $60.00 I called Super Drain and told them I wanted them to re-imburse me for the $39.00 I spent on a hotel when they were scheduled to come to the house the 2nd time, but never showed up, and did not call to cancel. Joe Ariaga never returned my phone calls. He was completely unresponsive. $39.00 is not a lot of money, it's the principle. This company did not treat us well. I do not recommend them.
