New management. Very unprofessional can 2 hours late. Didn’t do the job

The work was perfection. They are professionals in every way. They arrived on time, has the proper equipment to reach our rather large and high windows, finished on time and did a lovely job.

First rate. Everything cleaned including screens.

I have used Sunrise for years and was happy until now. I just cancelled my fall appointment. The fee has gone up 2 times in the past year and Nancy argued with me that they haven't raised fees in over 8 years. I have receipts and yes they have. She used to be nice but this time was different. She was rude and beligerent when I questioned the fee increase. Also trying to make a scheduled appointment became obnoxious. It seemed as if she didn't really care about accomodating the customer. I'm in the customer service business, I know good service and bad service. This was bad. I've switched to another company who was able to work with my schedule and a lower fee.

Herb has always been pleasant and prompt. The 2 individulas that came to perform services were rude. When asked to place covers over their shoes when coming into my home (that I provided) they were rude and refused. When I called to let Nancy know what was happening she not only did nothing to help the situations, she proceeding to speak with the 2 workers by cell phone and offered no apology for the curt and unacceptable behavior. Last I checked...the paying customer had the right to request clean and pleassant service.I asked the 2 men to leave. Never received an apology call, therefore whould never recommend them to anhyone.

Herb came and estimated the cost, and was helpful in assessing which screens needed to be replaced. They picked up the screens that same day to insure that the new screens would be complete when the windows were done. The crew came the following week, did all the windows, and replaced the screens. They were great -- very fast and also very thorough. At that point,we realized that the security door also needed a new screen, and one of their crew measured it. Herb came back a few days later to replace the security door screen (an extra charge about the $250). Also that day, my husband walked through a screen door because it looked so good that he didn't see it. So on his visit, Herb put the screen door back together, unbending the frame and reinstalling the screen and thus averted what looked in the moment like a small disaster.

They are on time, efficient, and the entire job was accomplished in about 2 hours. They cleaned up well and the results are excellent! I couldn't have asked for anything else!

The 2-man work crew arrived promptly and completed the window cleaning efficiently. I was pleased with the sparkling windows when the job was finished.

Nancy does the scheduling and she is just great! I was able to get right on the schedule within a week or so. Herb and his helper had to take apart all of the windows to wash the insides, since they are triple pane. It was the first time anyone had ever washed the insides and WOW what a difference. They got all the windows reassembled perfectly. They brought anything that concerned them to our attention immediately. Very very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Herb arrived for an estimate within an hour of my initial call. Estimate was great and I scheduled service for two days later. The cleaning crew arrived a few minutes before scheduled appointment and got right to work. They were personable, professional and did an outstanding job on the windoes and doors in our 3000 sq foot house. They finished within two hours, the windows are sparkling, I'm concerned that someone is going to walk into a window because they are so clean! We will definitely be scheduling with Sunrise Window Cleaning again. Great job!!

.Our entire experience with Herb (the owner) and Nancy with whom I spoke on the phone was great. I have never used a window cleaning service before so this was a new adventure for me. Sunrise Window Cleaning was highly recommended to us by our housecleaning service owner (who we think is splendid, by the way, The Mop-Its). I called and spoke with Nancy and she set an appointment for Herb to come out to our home to give us an estimate. He needed to reschedule his arrival but it was to my convenience. He reviewed the contract very carefully with me and noted areas where there might be a price variation upon completion of the job. The firm does include an additional charge for first-time cleaning, presumably for paperwork and filing. The firm also charges to remove and replace the screens. As I had company coming for a couple of weeks, I told him I would be calling to schedule a date about three weeks out. On the day of the cleaning, Herb and his crew member arrived promptly and spent the next I think it was about 2.5 hours carefully cleaning each window and screen. We did encounter one hiccup but that was due to an earlier placement of four solar screen that had been installed with caulk. We agreed that he would not clean those windows because the screens might be bent. We added two interior transom windows and deducted a few others. He consulted me on a couple of other items before continuing. I appreciated his concern for our experience. Herb is a friendly, cheerful person and clearly very proud of his company's work. He advised me to schedule the fall cleaning far in advance given that Fall is his busy time of year. He also suggested that I have the screens removed for the winter season to permit more solar heat gain (and a lower heating bill). We certainly intend to call Sunrise again.

The team arrived within the scheduled time frame and worked efficiently to complete their job. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the manner in which the work was completed. The inside cleaner was courteous and treated my house and furnishings with care. I did not have reason to speak with the outside worker but observed his work methods as the team worked. I am very pleased with the results.

The people are always very nice. The service is great. They vacuum the window sills inside and out. They dust the screens off and wash the screens inside and out. One guy works inside, one guy works outside. They do our two story house in an hour and half.

They did a great job. First, Herb arrived, as scheduled, to determine the extent of the job and to provide a written estimate. We accepted the estimate and the job was scheduled for a week later. The two workers who arrived to do the windows did a very thorough job. One works inside and the other one works outside. In addition to doing a good job of cleaning, they were also very neat and careful not to get water on the floor or furnishings. Very nice people to work with.

To be fair with this company, they were doing a good job when they started and then it when to fair but where I draw the line is when costumer service and professionalism get sloppy and drop! Unfortunately great customer service is a rare commodity those days, but I find more disappointing when you deal with a repeat customer of two years! Which was confirmed after this review was posted and I got a confronting and angry call from the company complaining about it.

Herb came out a couple of days after I called to give me an estimate. After I received the estimate and agreed to it, we set a time. The crew arrived punctually and got right to work. They did a beautiful, professional job. Herb realized after they got started inside tat I had two interior French doors he had not seen. I asked him to add those to the job, as well. The final bill was the estimate plus the cost of cleaning the window panes on those two doors and replacing the pins in the screens where needed. I will definitely use this company again!

They are fabulous! They do a great job. They are right on time. They clean up well.

Some other companies won't do two-story houses but they did. The work went well.

They show up when they say they will, do a fantastic job on the windows (cleaned the window seals as well), and repair screens with a lot of skill. The owner is very nice to deal with.

Great job -- the windows sparkled. The workers were exceptionally neat, and careful not to get water on the furnishings. They arrived when they said they would and got the job done very quickly. I'll definitely use them again.

THE WINDOWS LOOK GREAT. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER COMPANY TO DO THE JOB. THE MEN WERE FRIENDLY, AND I ENJOYED TALKING TO THEM WHILE THEY WORKED.

I THINK SHE WAS PRETTY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY TOOK THEIR TIME AND MADE SURE THE WINDOWS WERE AS CLEAN AS POSSIBLE. THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE TO SO I'M SURE WE WILL HIRE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

I THINK THIS COMPANY PROVIDES SUFFICIENT SERVICE AT A REASONABLE RATE. THERE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO OUR NEEDS AND OUR PREFERENCES, THEY COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.
