Sunrise Asphalt did a great job sealing my driveway. Les Silberman (owner) was on site to explain the process in detail to my mother and myself. His company uses a high quality sealant. The crew of three was professional and did a fantastic job with the application of the sealant, since my driveway is lined with rocks. I am very pleased with the quality of their work and I will refer them to my neighbors and friends. Sunrise Asphalt will be my number one choice for any future needs.

Circular Driveway: preparation, crack filling and sealing, 800 ft long, 15,000+ sq ft, 10 guys, 6 trucks, 4 hours, done! Wow! Perfect work! These guys really know what they're doing. I've project managed and hired many contractors over the years in my businesses and for my homes. The driveway crack filling and sealing job that Sunrise Asphalt did was beyond my expectations of what I thought anybody could do considering the kind of companies and workers I’ve seen out there for decades. I'd contacted 3 asphalt companies and the only one who even bothered to contact me was Les Silberman at Sunrise Asphalt. Les and his cheerful and focused crew completely matched and exceeded my expectations of the way I thought it should be done. The way he conducted his business with me was flawless. Les did every single last thing perfectly from staying in touch to update me on the scheduling, his ongoing communications with me, and the job that was done. He explained everything to me before, during and after. Superb choreography of workers, job phases, and attention to detail. What could have been a stressful experience was completely stress-free. Great job, great owner, great workers.

Sunrise Asphalt was a pleasure to work with. They were prompt in providing a competitive estimate. They completed the job in one day. Les and his crew were very attentive to details including discovering a sewer clean-out buried under the existing driveway surface. Les installed a valve box so that we could get access to the cleanout if needed without having to teacup the driveway.

Eli Silberman did the estimate and supervised the job. His was very prompt, professional, and courteous. He and his crew were on site first thing in the morning and finished the job in less than a day. Driveway as held up well during both the extreme heat of June and the heavy rains of July. I have seen Sunrise Asphalt doing jobs in my neighborhood for years, and I know why they have been used so often. Their work and service were excellent. Just as a bit of advice to anyone who gets a new asphalt drive: you may want to avoid having delivery trucks on your new driveway for several weeks or longer. Cars were fine, but the heavier trucks left small marks in the driveway.

it looked fine at the time but here it is less than a year later and my driveway is in the same shape it was in before they sealed it a year ago. at the time they claimed it would last for 3 years. Iand quot;ve hired adobe asphalt to redo my driveway and they only charged me 450.00 dollars .. almost half of what sunrise charged. i would notrecommend sunrise to anyone...way to expensive.. and there work didn't last

We had them for three different times, every five years or so, we had them come out and redo it. The price was reasonable for resurfacing. Again, they were very thorough, cleaned up after themselves, very responsive, come exactly when they said they are going to.

This company has done several projects in my neighborhood and enjoys a good reputation here. Les Silberman was appropriately attentive in securing the contract and then equally attentive in making sure the work was well done. The project had two phases to it and Les made sure to contact me when it was time for phase 2. He personally attended to the project. This is the third time (over 15 years) that I've had this area chipsealed, and the first with Sunrise as the contractor. My impression is that this time is definitely better quality and better looking than the previous two.

This company has asked about 30% higher than its competitors. However, the owner has always been responsive and knowledgeable. Jobs are done promptly based on our collective experience (me and my neighbors). Overall, this company offers high quality work (e.g., thicker pavement lining and detailed patches) at higher prices.

The company owner came right away to give estimate, then his crews started the work within a day or two. The work was done professionally, as far as we could judge, and the owner checked as the large crew went along. The estimate came in two parts, basic paving and finish work. The latter was mostly cosmetic but also was supposed to help with drainage. We were glad we had that part done too, as the driveway looks great. We are very pleased with both the looks and functioning of the driveway.

Had to grade driveway from previous work to install water line. Fixed loose places in old asphalt. Cut out damage places and installed new asphalt. Laid 2" of new asphalt. Finished in one day.
