Strongbuilt installed a water heater in my home. Everyone from the person on the telephone to the installer were super professional. All options were explained carelfully, and the final outcome was just what I wanted.

DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU’RE A/C UNIT IS ON ROOF AS THEIR LADDER CANNOT REACH IT. Went very badly. When making appointment for first time, notified them that A/C unit was on roof and should come with ladder. Turned up without ladder so had to reschedule. Gave me one year free maintenance service contract as compensation. Second time said ladder too short to reach roof; could have put another ladder on stairs but said was unsafe and I respect their right not to perform acts they consider unsafe. Refunded thirty eight dollars paid but after four months I still have my A/C unit is still not serviced and offer of one free year maintenance voided. The service person also wrote up a statement and had me sign it; in retrospect, I should have refused to sign it but I was in hurry and late for my doctor appointment so I signed it, which they will probably cite if they respond to this review. I live in two story condo and A/C unit is on roof. I have had it serviced before by COOL BREEZE twice on 4-7-17 and 5-25-17 and by INTELLIGENT DESIGN on 7-24-13; none of these companies had problems accessing A/C unit on roof and used ladders that reached roof so will stick with these companies in future.

Good, but I did not use strong built for the work that was required. I was quoted over $350 to repair something that cost me less than $50 in parts and 12 minutes of time using simple hand tools.

This is a update/revision to my earlier review (F) of Strongbuilt. We received a phone call from the owner of Strongbuilt (John) immediately after my review. He sincerely apologized for what happened and went out of his way to make it right. He waived the charge from the first visit and offered to personally visit our property and meet us. Being new to town, he gave us the names of reliable roofers and pool contractors that he personally used. Our opinion of Strongbuilt has changed for the better. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor with an owner who understands how to treat clients. He did the right thing to make our experience much better. My husband and I appreciate that being business owners ourselves.

The plumber from the original company that installed my new sink and faucet came out twice and said the problem was in the faucet itself. Within 10 minutes, the StrongBuilt plumber found the problem.

Richard was very professional. He explained everything he was doing & why.

Issue was resolved and was well educated on how to avoid the problem in the future.

Great. Richard advised me on issues with my sink and faucet and also with the flusher on a toilet. He did a good job in flushing out the water heater. I highly recommend him and Strongbuilt.

We had the water heater flushed and some other plumbing area's reviewed. Richard answered all of our questions thoroughly. Richard arrived on-time, and completed the work timely. We would hire them again.

Showed up early, performed checks on AC system. Didn't check heating system. Said we needed a shut off valve on the drain pan but never received and estimate for the amount.

Perfect. On time, courteous and fast. Made the switch out in less than 5 minutes.

Repair was good and not expensive. Both techs, Gilbert and Ricky, were very helpful and courteous.

Reported on all tests and allowed me to look over his shoulder. Checked out OK.

I did not anticipate any problems; this was a preventative service to give me peace of mind after previous problems with clogged pipes. I will hire Gilbert again next year. He is friendly and efficient.

Great - worked well. Took a while, but the result was great.

Perfectly, on time and really liked the text showing picture and brief description of tech that would be coming out for repair.

It was great. Had several plumbing issues. Technician, Joe D. was very informative and answered all questions. He was on time, work was excellent and he was great to work with. We will request him if the need arises again for plumbing services. Also had an AC unit replaced. First we saw Lance who did measurements, inspection and gave us a lot of information, including showing us things that were not in code with old unit installation. He gave us choices of units and options. We had prior companies give us estimates for plumbing and also for AC replacement. None noted the things Joe and Lance did. And, yes, we did check out the recommendations. With the AC replacement, other companies simply wanted to come in and put in the system without the needed repairs of other things Lance recommended. The time other companies noted it would take was half what Lance noted and in one instance, cost more. When the AC unit was replaced, Jose and Jesus did the installation. They were on time, professional, answered questions and left things cleaner than they were when they arrived. The new unit not only works better but is quieter. The cost of the plumbing services was reasonable and service was excellent. The cost of replacing an AC unit is a lot no matter how you look at it. But, what stands out is the exceptional service and that they did the install RIGHT. We also were given a discount as my husband is a veteran as well as a cash discount. This helped a lot. We have a second AC unit that will need replaced in the near future. We will have StrongBuilt do that install. If you call the StrongBuilt office with any questions, the staff is quick to answer questions and is helpful. We will be using StrongBuilt for any future plumbing or AC needs.

The company was very professional. The serviceman arrived on time, did the job, said everything was fine, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
