Gilbert did a plumbing project for us that required a great deal of labor and plumbing adjustments. He is a very hard worker, professional, conscientious and neat. II would very definitely hire this company again.

I contacted the company and they came out promptly. They were thorough, courteous and provided a competitive estimate on the spot. On the day of scheduled work, two very professional workers showed on time and did an excellent job. Their supervisor came by to inspect the work. They did an excellent job, on time and on budget.

Gilbert found the problem quickly. He did a thorough job, Checking to make sure water heater, and all water faucets were in working order. He was very professional and answered all my questions.

Loved the email alert when Donovan was on his way. He arrived on time and we even had a picture of him on the text that was sent. Donovan was very through and detailed in his information. He provided information that will help us resolve our present issues with our air conditioner and wiring. He was knowledgeable and offered a great service plan. Extremely helpful!

Donovan, was professional, cleanly dressed, while taking his time installing the IAQ Home Filter System today. He answered all of our questions before & after installation today. A nice man, who knows HVAC.

The moment Jesse White & Alfredo arrived at our home we were impressed with their professional & clean appearance. They were quiet while working & did it right the 1st time. They were respectful of our home & were nice. These were installed on separate days & then cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. We were very impressed with Jesse explaining everything to us. Some of our neighbors saw the work they did & were very impressed of the soldering work by Jesse. We will consider Strongbuilt for our next 2 home improvements.

John M was very thorough and helpful in assessing the work I needed to have done. He even fixed a minor problem on the spot! He has a wealth of knowledge and experience that I found reassuring. When I called back with questions, he patiently gave me very detailed answers and explanations to help me in my decision-making. The only reason for the B in responsiveness was a snafu in the office in scheduling the initial appointment. (I wanted this to be an honest review of the company in general.) When I called on 2/5 they scheduled the appointment for 2/8, but they called back on 2/7 to say they needed to reschedule it for 2/14. They were cordial and very apologetic and have been friendly and helpful in my subsequent calls to the office, so have restored my confidence. This seems like an excellent company overall, so I have chosen them (John M. specifically!) to do some work for me as soon as they can schedule it.

Jeremy did a thorough inspection of both our furnace and airconditioner and provided us with pictures and an explanation of his findings. He prioritized what work we might want to do and gave us several options for completing it. We were impressed with his knowledge and apprecisted his lack of high pressure salesmanship. We have not yet decided what action we will take but we were certainly impressed with his visit.

Jeremy and Zac arrived before the scheduled time, after first calling me to make sure that was OK. I was amazed at how knowledgeable and thorough they both were! They encouraged me to observe their inspection so they could explain what they were finding as they went along. They documented their observations with several photos, which were emailed to me along with the summary of their visit and two quotes for different levels of issues to be addressed. They advised me of what needed to be done urgently as well as recommendations that could wait awhile. When I had another question the next day, the office sent them a message to call me back, which they did a short time later. Oh, and they did put on the shoe covers to go in the house. I haven't decided what work to have done yet, but I was extremely impressed with Jeremy and Zac's professionalism, customer interaction and level of expertise.

J.M. came to our home dressed very neatly & professional. J.M. was on time & was extremely polite & courteous. He answered all of our answers. He was very knowledgeable & explained in layman terms. We've already told others of yesterday's experience.

This is the second time this month they helped me out in a pinch with short notice. Professional, made time for me, communicated clearly. Could not be happier!

Excellent. They cleared a sewer line that I had problems with for years. I should have called them in sooner.

I have used Strongbuilt Plumbing for several jobs, both at my business and at home. They are extremely responsive and complete the job as quickly as possible at a fair price. They are always conscientious about the space they are working in and take care to protect it. It's nice to have a plumber that you can trust and I trust Strongbuilt.

Mr. Mancini showed up promptly; was professional in manner and easy to talk to. He came in and assessed the situation, gave an estimate in time and money, and completed the work in three days. He completely cleaned up and replaced all the plumbing in the shower, set in a new shower and tiled it. Everything was put right at the end of the job. It is now safe and beautiful. He kept the work areas clean, was professional in appearance and was a pleasure to do business with. Even our dog liked him! I have recommended him several times to my friends and associates and will continue to do so.

These guys are not only extremely knowledgeable, but prompt, courteous, and meticulous with their work product. I watched as the seasoned technicians installed complicated plumbing systems with extreme attention to detail. This work was performed with the same care I would have used had I been able to perform the tasks it myself. Superior! I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. I will choose them for any future A/C needs as well.

Most went perfectly. Minor issue was resolved in taking with the company plumbing supervisor.

Their estimate ended up being outrageously high, almost 5,000 dollars over the other bids

Considering the timing of the whole event, right before Christmas, it was handled very well. They got us up and working before the holiday, came back and finished the job after the first of the year.

This was a complicated repair, not only in the mess of pipes that had to be moved (gas and water), but also the circulator wires, etc. Gilbert arrived early in the morning and took no breaks until late in the evening. He cleaned up the copper piping, anchoring them to the wall and replaced the water heater tank. He and Albert did a great job with every aspect of this job. Amazing work ethic.

Amazing support from Gwendolyn and Paul. They were able to support my need on a Sunday and because I bought their PANDA Care package I wasn’t charged for any additional expenses for it being a Sunday. They responded to me within minutes of my request message on Angie’s List. They put the care of your home as their priority and I am now a loyal customer.

This was the initial meeting to help me arrive at a decision on which water system to buy. The presentation was very professional and friendly. The product looks real good and I may very well go with this company.

After a number of calls and left messages, no response. Reached out to someone else who responded immediately.

11/3/2017 I was hoodwinked into replacing my perfectly operating HVAC system. Strongbuilt tried to replace it with a new one, but forgot to measure and it did not fit. After four attempts in the next eight weeks, including the idea of cutting 2 X 4's inside my house to make the filter fit, I called another company for advice. Several code violations were discovered along with the fact that a permit was never applied for. I had Strongbuilts system removed and another one installed. Buyer beware. I am having to hire an attorney to settle this issue even though Strongbuilt's paperwork states the following: "MB Guarantee We guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with the performance of the installed equipment, the service provided, or any of our staff at any time during the first year after installation, we will remove the system and happily refund 100% of the contract amount." YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The plumber came and told me how much it would cost to fix the toilet leak problem. He charged me an extra $29 to empty my hot water heater, so the emptying of my water heater cost $58. Then he wanted over $125 each to change the flappers in my toilet tanks. I'm offended that the $29 that was offered toward a repair was not applicable to emptying my water tank and I had to pay an extra $29. I now know how simple it is to flush the hot water tank, and will never need help with it again! An entire kit to change out everything in my toilet tank was only $11+ at the hardware store. My son put it in and now I know that I can do that MYSELF, as well.
