They came out and did th through inspection. We got recomendations education and a quote for the work. We were so impressed that we decided to to switch our heating and cooling service to Strongbuilt

Well. Both Jeff & helper were very efficent, went right to work, professional & client concerned, extremely pleased with both!

He did a very good job replacing the section of PVC and joint. Explained every thing and was very professional. I was a little surprised that he did not have the short amount of pipe on his truck and had to leave for an extended amount of time to get the part. I was very surprised at the final charge - it was excessive. I selected "No" for hiring again because of price.

They checked on plumbing that another plumber told me would have to be fixed through the pipes in the walls. This plumber stated that they should have changed the "seats" along with he stents. I will higher again so they can fix everything as soon as I can get the money together. The other plumber charged $200.00 more and did not fix anything.

Strongbuilt was here on time and did a first class job. I highly recommend them. Will use them again in the future!

The first crew did a poor job of recognizing the problem. A second crew came in an completed the job at no extra cost.

Excellent. Gilbert took extra care to be sure everything ran perfectly before leaving. They laid floor coverings down before beginning the work, and were careful to keep everything very clean. Also, very professional, friendly, and kept me informed during every step of the process.

Great care in recommending the correct equipment for the property instead of just the cheapest. The price is good for top line equipment craftmanship and knowledge. There price was lower per unit than other providers who were quoting far inferior products

I cannot make a stronger recommendation. John was prompt and most courteous and knowledgable. His review of my outdoor water system ex[anded my very limited knowledge about what needed to be done. He know exactly what to do. As a bonus, he walked me through the rout of my water main to the opposite side of the house, and provided tips on what to look for going forward. Then he went on to give me tips in what the water meter tells us about an additional persistent leek inside. I will take every opportunity to recommend this company to my friends and neighbors. AND... thank you Angie's list.

Zac checked out the upstairs system, and found all parts in working order. He explained that the recent high humidity reduced the effectiveness of the AC system, and that I should leave it at the lowest temperature rather than programming it to change throughout the day. The unit needed some refrigerant. He topped it up, but said that wasn't the cause of the problem. He also checked R-22 pressures in the downstairs system, and they were okay. Zac was quick, professional, friendly, and readily answered all my questions. The bill was less than I expected.

Zac came out and was very professional. He explained to me everything he needed to do to fix the issue. We had to set up another appointment as he needed to order a part for my unit that was under warranty. He was able to get back out to my house quickly and I was never without cold air! I would definitely call him back if ever needed!

They were on time, very thorough in explaining what needed to be done and then provided me with the cost. I will call them when I’m ready to have the work completed.

Great. Installers were courteous and knowledgeable. Did a great job with cleanup. Worked straight through installing HVAC.

One visit and Strongbuilt figured out why I was having problems with water pressure. Two other plumbers never even bothered to look at the obvious....pressure regulator.

John was unable to get past a blockage about 58 ft from the house. Suggested a major dig to get to the problem, which is what another plumber has proposed. Needed this second opinion to verify the first .

Bottom-Line: Brent Lush and Jake did an excellent job and hand things resolved quickly. Background: Called to make appointment with Strongbuilt. The person I spoke to on the phone was nice, cordial, knowledgeable, and had our appointment set-up quickly. The next day, we received a text - (as a reminder) that the technicians would be at our home - (which was nice). We also received a phone call about 20 minutes before the Technicians arrived to give time to make sure we would be at home for the service visit - (again, nice). Brent and Jake arrived on-time from Strongbuilt. They were very cordial and professional. They gave a brief overview of the 'notes' I had provided when I set-up the appointment. They then asked if I wanted to share additional details, which I did. They then shared their gameplan regarding how they would check the health of our HVAC units - (which we requested) as well as how they would go about determining the issue.. After getting to work ... they established the "baseline" health of both of our HVAC units - (to compare back to during this visit and for the future) by measuring the current draw at start-up and while running. They also measured the voltage at the breaker box. Back at the HVAC units, they were able to determine literally within a few minutes what was causing our HVAC unit to "Kick" the breaker off. The set screws which hold the aluminum wires from the HVAC units to the small fuse boxes on our home were extremely loose. So, they tightened the set screws at the fuse box at our home and on the backs of the HVAC units outside. Next, they went to the breaker box on our home and found that the set screws securing the wires to the breakers were extremely loose as well. After this, the re-checked the current draw and voltage and found the numbers to be better than baseline. After checking over the HVAC units, everything else looked good to them. They did point out that 50A breakers had been installed for the HVAC units when they should have been 35A. They recommended we submit a warranty claim with D.R. Horton to have Chaz Roberts HVAC company come out and replace the breakers, which we plan to do - (since our home is less than a year old). Now, our HVAC units are working great ... and the unit that was kicking the breaker is doing just fine and is no longer a problem. Nice job Brent and Jake!

Fast, friendly, affordable, no B.S. service with competent professionals getting the job done right, the first time. Will hire again.

I guess I was misinformed as I thought that a maintenance check on my furnace and A/C would involve cleaning the blower and, if necessary, add coolant to the A/C unit. Instead I got a "lecture" on how old my system is - I knew that already - and no cleaning or filling of any kind was performed. This was part of a free package I got when I purchased a water treatment system and a water heater a couple of months ago, but I would not pay $250 per year for this service. On the brighter side, Donovan was very punctual, professional, neat and clear in this communication.

Jon Tabor came to our home on Monday, April 9, 2018. Prompt same day appointment made with dispatch. Window appointment late afternoon, combined with text message sent notifying us of his imminent on-time arrival. Note that the extra 'touch' of the text message, included some personal background information about the service technician Jon Tabor. This was unique & interesting, as well as somewhat comforting to us the homeowner, in that this business took the extra time to include this info in its notification. Jon was immediately polite, assuring & professional. He explained everything in rough detail from his pre-diagnosis, to the procedure's to be implemented to resolve our issue. From the initial phone call with dispatch requesting service, to the payment of the invoice, each & every aspect of this experience was fantastic. I have referred, & I will continue to refer this company to those who I know need any service Strongbuilt offers, & we have already made another appointment for a water heater inspection/flush this coming week. We have more preventative work to be done in the immediate future, as well as, new equipment quotes/installations on the HVAC side also. Its reassuring now to have found a business that we feel we can rely on for our needs, when we need them, no mater the timing.
