They are great to work with! They are very customer responsive and responsible. They show up when they say they are going to. They are competent and worked quickly and efficiently. The quality of the workmanship was very high, both in product and service. They made me totally satisfied!! I've had no problems with them. They are highly professional, too! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Went extremely well! The technicians were prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived early in the morning per agreement, and were done in the early afternoon. It was a super hot day, and they had to work in the attic, and while they were drenched in sweat, they didn't complain once! By the time everything was installed and the system primed, they turned it on, and everything worked right away, and the house immediately started cooling. The new unit is absolutely amazing, is a huge upgrade from our previous unit, and we anticipate great savings. John, the owner of the company, personally came and discussed our cooling needs, and helped us address issues like asthma in the family. After all was said and done, I feel like we have a system that will last us many, many years, and which will keep us very cool in the blistering Arizona summers. I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Strongbuilt Plumbing and Air!

Had two great experiences with Strongbuilt. I called as our rental unit was in need of service. Strongbuilt had a tech out within two hours and had it up and running perfectly. The cost was very reasonable and much less than the competition quoted me. The next day our system went down at our primary home. John and Patrick scheduled a tech to come out first thing Monday morning. The total cost of this repair was only $205. If you want an A/C company that you can trust don't hesitate to call Strongbuilt!

I'm quite amazed as to how quiet the system runs. Even though the thermostat indicated the A/C was running, I had to go to the garage to look and listen to be sure. Something else I noticed which indicates a higher level of professionalism is the precise lines and angles of the new copper tubing, pvc stuff, and electrical lines. Just very clean and neat.
