I was having water pressure issues and took advantage of a Strongbuilt Plumbing inspection offer. John Mancini assessed my problem and determined my problem was a PRV. John also clean the shower head filter screens and inspected all the plumbing fixtures in the house. John also flushed my water heater and determined my water heater anode needed to be replaced. John was very thorough, answered all my questions and explained all work. I was very happy with the price and service.

I PAID FOR AN INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT OF TOILET JUST $29. THE FELLOW, WISH I REMEMBERED HIS NAME, WAS INCREDIBLE. CAME TO KITCHEN AND ADVISED TWO OTHER PROBLEMS, WHICH I HAVE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY, SO NO FURTHER WORK WAS REQUIRED. VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, ABSOLUTELY SOMEONE YOU WILL WANT TO WORK WITH. VERY PLEASANT AND KIND AND CONSIDERATE. NO HIDDEN FEES OR PRESSURE. ABSOLUTELY ON MY WALL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE! COULD NOT HAVE GONE ANY BETTER.

Both services were performed in a professional manner. Very pleased with the services that were performed. It took a bit of communication to obtain a receipt for the ductwork cleaning, but did receive one via email.

Repairs were perfomed in a timely and professional manner. He checked my water heater and recommended a replacement. His explanation was very thorough.

The guy who did the service was pleasant but was not aware that a filter was to be included in the service and did not have one. When we turned the furnace on a few days later it would not work and we were concerned. We called Strongbuilt and the manager came out immediately. It was as simple as reconnecting a wire that had been disconnected during the cleaning and when he was told that we did not get our filter he gave as one. He also left his card and said we could contact him directly if we have any problems. We were happy with this and would use their services again.

The work was well done. The technician/plumber did a great job. The price was more i hoped to pay but was likely competitive for the field. I was charged exactly what was on the estimate that was given by the team that tuned up the furnace. The tune up seemed thorough although I mistakenly thought cleaning the furnace parts was part of the service. That was my mistake.

John gave me an estimate for just the loop and also one for connecting the system. He was the fourth plumber I called and the only one who knew exactly what I needed. So much so that he wrote me an estimate on the spot and at a reasonable price. I decided to have the entire job done as it seemed it would be the best and fastest way of getting my system up and running. Jesse was here 6.5 hours and made everything efficiently and neatly outside and also inside the house where the tanks are located. The outside pipes were wrapped with foam and tape. The next day I had some concerns and made two calls in to the company. I got a call back each time with patient and satisfactory answers to my questions. For professional, quality work I would not hesitate to call this company and am glad I chose them.

Fantastic!!! John Mancini was our repairman. He called ahead and asked if he could come early, and arrived quickly thereafter. Went to work right away on the first toilet (no filler) and finished it off. It works perfectly now. Started on second toilet (slow filler) and finished it. It fills now like it should - pronto. We started talking about our other plumbing issue - the "kitchen sink drain". He offered to take a look. Explained the problem. Ran out to Lowe's (because I had a gift card for that store) in his own truck to get the drain and came back and fixed that in no time. Reasonably pricing, too. He was punctual, polite and patient, fast-working and efficient, and generous in effort to get the job done - overall grade was A+++. Definitely would do business with the company again and recommend to others. Thank you, Strongbuilt Plumbing & Air. P.S. Forgot to check for coupon, but also called them for recent AC breakdown. Very impressed on timely handling of that problem, too.

John Schamahorn and SB P and A showed the utmost in professionalism throughout the entire process, from the initial assessment of the damage to our ancient systems all the way through to the removal, installation and start up of the new ones. Their prices were very competitive, but more importantly, the service displayed by their team as well as their follow up was even better. They provided a very detailed and accurate explanation as to the equipment being recommended, while showing great patience in all of the questions we had. They showed up on time, were courteous and respectful, went above and beyond what the job had called for and finally, the bill...the invoice was exactly as quoted! I would highly recommend John and his crew at SB P and A. Great Job!!!

I bought Angie's deal. People were on time, clean, and polite. Told me what was needed and quoted price for 3 levels of service. Was MUCH too expensive (nearly double) so I went with second opinion (also on Angies).

The replacement of the garbage disposal was done efficiently and the examination of the bathroom fixture identified the problem and item to be replaced. Technician took photo of the part and will follow-up.

Amazing.. My son has a serious illness and on the hottest day of year, on a sunday our AC went out. I made call to Strongbuilt desperate. After about 20 min of no call i was about to call another company and John just called.. asked address and thought he was gonna look at unit, instead he showed up and installed a temp unit in sons room and next day had a new unit fully installed. He knew situation and didnt just react he was amazing. the cost even with sunday night, temp unit, rushed install, busiest week of year was still 30% less then anyone. I wish i had need for more units. I did use them on plumbing for older house check that review next THANKS and GOD BLESS

Used Strong built for AC , see review. Found out they did plumbing. Have a large house we are trying to sale. Had a plumbing company come out, tell me it was 23k to redo all pipes. Charged me 3k to temp fix which didnt pass inspection. SO asked SB, tech came out, proved other company didnt do as said, and fixed leaks for600. are you kidding me? they could have charged me 23k i would have done with them. I am beyond grateful for both AC and Plumbing.. just wow

Went well, the estimate came in high so chose another company, but no complaints.

I contacted Strongbuilt after receiving a quote from another air conditioning contractor to replace two existing AC units on my house that I just purchased. John Schamahorn went over all the different options with me as well as prices and thoroughly explained the differences between lower seer rating/higher seer rating, single speed compressors/variable speed compressors. After hearing all my options, I opted to go with the highest seer rating available because John advised me not only would it dramatically reduce my monthly electric bill, but would also make the house very comfortable and fix the issue I was having on the west side of my house cooling like the rest of the house. I have to admit I was very skeptical about the savings on my electric bill John was telling me I would see after installation. I waited over a month after installation to write a review because I wanted to have accurate feedback to provide. have now had both units installed and running with an interior temperature setting of 74 degrees on a 3,600 square foot house for over a month and my electric bill has dropped from almost $600 in July to under $250 August! . My father used the contractor I got my other quote from and he couldn't be unhappier with the experience. He was not given or explained the different options on systems like I was. In fact, the company told him he would see a minimum 30% decrease in his electric bill and since his installation he has seen an increase! I would highly recommend Strongbuilt and John Schamahorn to anyone looking for a company that is knowledgeable in the AC industry, will do a quality job and not compromise their integrity just to make a sale. There are lots of AC companies to choose from and it can be difficult to decipher which are the good guys, but speaking from my experience John and his team delivered what they said they would and even exceeded my high expectations.

I can't recommend these guys enough. They came out right away to repair an A/C unit. The repair took a couple of visits. Each time they came out they were extremely friendly, helpful, and neat. Their solid work is topped off with excellent customer service.
