They were very prompt getting back to me and scheduled my appointment for that day. They notified me when they were on the way and arrived promptly at the start of their time window. Donovan was professional, courteous, and very thorough. He also explained everything he did and seemed very experienced. I was impressed with the job done; so much so that I've purchased their three year maintenance plan! I was not charged any additional fees which was a pleasant surprise. So many businesses tack on additional fees for minor problems that they supposedly find.

I would have liked it if he would simply replaced the flapper seal instead of giving me estimates for different levels of repair, which may need to be done but the immediate need was to stop the leak. Still he did give me an overall maintenance view of my plumbing issues so I appreciate Gilbert's professionalism and knowledge.

Installers were great and professional. Complete change out of the dead system was done in 7 hours. Quality of the work was impressive with obvious experience and expertise demonstrated by the crew. System is working well with our solar system. The solar monitoring system is demonstrating the new system is living up to the efficiency claims of the system manufacturer (Lennox). So far the new system is consuming 10 - 20 % less electricity than the old one based upon the solar on line monitor. I am a satisfied customer!

We called StrongBuilt about a clogged sink drain in the morning, and the office was able to schedule John within the hour. John sent a text message to us, complete with his picture, to let us know he was on his way. He arrived on time, and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. He explained the drain itself was not clogged, but the pipe into which the disposer empties was clogged. He removed items stored under the sink, then removed the pipe, cleaned out the extensive food clog, replaced the pipe, and thoroughly cleaned the area beneath and around the sink. He provided information on what the disposer can handle (not everything) and what the pipe can handle (not everything, even if the disposer can handle it). He provided informative answers to several other plumbing questions I had for him in other parts of the house. He pointed out areas of our 25-40 year old plumbing fixtures and equipment that may be vulnerable to breakage or leaking, but without any pressure to make a decision. The information he provided was asked for and relevant. I asked for pricing on various additional possible tasks, which he provided and sent to my email, at my request. I found him completely professional and helpful. I would hire Strongbuilt again, and would recommend the company to others who need competent plumbing services at a reasonable price.

I purchased a deal for a $58 AC inspection and called to make an appointment. My AC was running but not cooling the house. I was given the earliest available appointment. The technician called ahead to let us know that he was on his way and was very helpful. He found the problem and also offered suggestions to help decrease the likelihood of future problems, including storm damage to the AC unit and the roof. I'm very happy and will definitely call them again. Highly recommend.

Great! Gilbert was wonderful to work with. Very professional and prepared for the long job. The sealant around the sink never did turn clear so after a week he returned and replaced the entire sealant.

Gilbert did a good job in repairing and replacing the two shower heads. He also corrected the PRV valve to meet standards so pipes would no longer 'hum.' Purchased a Angie's List coupon for plumbing service call and water heater flush, so my cost was about $40 less expensive. Received a call from Strongbuilt a day after I'd purchased the coupon to set up the appointment. This was excellent customer service to start off the visit.

Great! The technician Frank Rabago notified me that when he was on the way and was on time. He explained each step of the inspection and what the results should be and what they were. He was very polite and answered all of my questions in a matter that I understood. In short he was excellent and the company, Strongbuilt Plumbing and Air should be proud that they have such and excellent employee. The office manager, Tianay Anderson, was also great and worked with my schedule to set up the visit. I highly recommend this firm and will be using them again in the future.

The provider made quick work of the faucet and proceeded to perform a free home plumbing inspection, which was included as part of the fine print that I hadn't noticed prior to the visit. He noted a couple issues or potential issues that could be addressed with my home's plumbing, but wasn't pushy at all regarding scheduling future work. Overall, it was a successful visit and I would recommend this provider to other Angie's Listers.

Had issues with the technicians calling my partner, instead of me, despite having asked the office to ensure that they call me as I was the one home to let them in. When they called my partner, he provided my number and they did not call. Technicians were on time, polite and did a good job with the duct cleaning. Separate technicians arrived to complete the furnace inspection. They were very pushy in trying to get us to purchase a very expensive, brand new furnace, and to use their financing, even though we stated we were not interested in purchasing a new unit, especially at the high interest rate they were offering. We have since had our furnace re-inspected by another company, and while repairs were needed, the repairs were at a significantly lower rate than the purchase of a new unit.
