+ 0 moreOne water heater was rusted on the bottom and side. Neither met modern code. Joe from Strongbuilt Plumbing did a great job in replacing the rusty heater in a very tight area. He serviced the other heater and cleaned up afterwards. Great service and I would strongly recommend this firm as I have used them before.
Description of Work: Two hot water heaters needed to be flushed and serviced as they probably have not been serviced since installation. We purchased house three years ago. One water heater was located in a very tight closet area.

+ 0 moreIt went great! They are very professional and go out of their way to explain the issue both as far of the problem and solution. Everything was done in a timely fashion and all of the employees are very professional and neat!! Covered the floors every time and cleaned up. We will continue to use them for any further plumbing or AC/heat needs.
Description of Work: Initially we had our pipes cleaned and a clean out to the septic tank put in. As it turned out we had septic tank leach field issues but Strongbuilt took it as far as they could. Then we also decided to get a new AC/Heat Unit.

+ -1 moreIt went great. I watched to get to know my heat & air better. I had the tech install an overflow sensor on the furnace when he recommended it. That cost $13, I think. When we went to the AC he showed me the unit motor was wearing out. I agreed to have the motor replaced at a later date.

+ 0 moreUsed Angie’s list offer for inspection. Strongbuilt rep. Donovan Graves came on 9/20 and found rusted components. Gave estimate for removal of old , installation of new including moving condenser from ground location to flat roof. Scheduled work for 9/26. Two installers arrived on schedule, surveyed the system and began work. I had to leave 3 hours into the job for another appointment. When I returned late afternoon the installers were gone, the area was clean and I had a new system. As part of the job the duct cleaner came at 8 AM on 9/26. I had to remove one piece of furniture and some artwork for his access. He finished in about 2 hours and the house needed no cleanup. The whole process was excellently done.

+ -1 moreThey came in here, it was the same guy that I had come out and do some service, he was quickly completed. He did everything. On top of that as part of their service, they go and actually take pictures of the parts that they replaced and then they send that via e-mail, to their customer, which was me. Which kind of provides you with good insight into the work that was completed. They're friendly, they're prompt, and they're actually very trustworthy. They're a company that will come out and will bend over backwards to get your business. They try to do the best thing, the best work possible for the customer.
Description of Work: They recommended a couple, small issues that were associated with the air conditioner. I called them back about 20-30 days after and they came out and fixed the problems. It wasn't really problems, it was just a couple of things that needed to be updated per city code, that were associated with the air conditioner. So they came out and fixed those. They had to repair some air conditioning duct work that was in the attic. They added an overflow switch, which is for the air conditioner. What that does, if there's an overflow sensed, from the air conditioner drip system or stoppage, once when it reaches the sensor, the sensor actually kicks off the air conditioner so it doesn't produce any more condensation. That was a requirement by code here in Arizona, which was not installed initially from the builder, so they rectified that issue. Then there was a circuit board on the actual air conditioning itself, that was replaced. They provided a lifetime warranty on that little circuit board.

Mr Mancini is 5 Star +. John is very personable and a true professional with over 30 years plumbing experience. I found out they also do AIR Conditioning Service and Water Heater Installation. Give John a call you will glad you did.
