The technician showed up when promised and cleaned the carpets thoroughly and quickly. He gave us some advice about proper cleaning technique for the tile we have in other parts of our downstairs. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Steamy Concepts were fabulous. They came right away, when we had called them. They worked during the weekend hours. The staff was very polite. They were very quick to respond, quick to do the job and came back everyday to check the fans that were drying the refrigerator area. They kept on top of things. They were very, very good. I was pleasantly surprised on the quote that I got, because I got one other quote from someone and they were about $1,000.00 higher. I was really thankful it didn't come out to a higher cost.

The technician showed up on time, cleaned all the tile on the first floor as well as two levels of stairway. The price also included two carpets one large and one small. The work was done in a timely manor and the results were great.

Ticked off like you would not believe! Previously arranged for carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning to be done on Saturday Jan 26th.. It was for a master bedroom carpet, two sofas, two love seats and a recliner. I moved all the furniture from the master bedroom. They show up and tell my wife that they can't do the furniture, because they need some sort of tarp for the floor, but they don't have one on the truck - duh!. They tell her that they will return Wednesday Jan 30th. They leave. I was out picking up lunch, and upon my return I call them and asked why they did not do the bedroom. While sitting on hold I listened to the line we value our customers and strive to deliver the best customer service. They advised that if they did only the bedroom and had to come back for the furniture it would cost more as it would be two jobs. I pointed out that their failure to arrive with the right equipment was their problem and that they should have done the master bedroom carpet, especially since I moved all the furniture and could not wait till Wednesday for the bedroom. They could have returned to finish the job as one job. They told me that rules are rules. I told them not to return. They made the mistake and would not rectify it, except to tell me to sit tight until they decided to get back to me. If you use them, well good luck. Finally got around to reading the provider's comments. First they should ask about the nature of the job, second they will encounter hardwood, carpet, laminate, or tile floors - seem like they could be prepared for these. There are only 4 possible situations not 100. Dumbest reply by a provider yet - according to them it was my fault - amazing!

They removed water from the carpets, cleaned and dried the pads, replaced sections of the carpet and even arranged for a plumber to repair the toilet. I was satisfied with their service, however, I wasn't "wow-ed". I would probably use them again but I will shop around for a company with more professionalism first.

I would give them and A for me but I have heard that they have been not so good with other people I have talked to. It is the best deal in town to get four carpets cleaned. They are prompt and conscientious. They were on time and did a decent job.

I was not very crazy about them. We don't have carpet, all we have is rugs. When we moved in here there was a large rug in here that had been left and it had stains on it and he just took the wand and went over it real quickly didn't even do anything special or extra or spray on the stains to try and remove them. Basically all he did was chat with me the whole time about how he was a single father with kids at home, about how tough it was and about how he was having a hard time getting ends to meet. He just wasn't focused at all on what he was doing. He was finished real quickly and I was like wow, because we have had these rugs cleaned before, I don't remember by whom last time, and it took awhile. So when the rugs, especially the big one, it didn't look like it had been touched, nothing came out at all.

It went very well. They have great rates and quality service. I will be calling them in the future to clean my carpets.

They do as good as they can do, it's old carpet that I need to replace it. They worked very hard and it came up the best it could. They are quite professional and weren't very expensive.

STEAMY CONCEPTS DID A WONDERFUL JOB WITH BOTH ROOMS. THEY VACUUMED EACH ROOM TWICE. THEY CHECKED THE RUGS FOR ANY BUILT-IN STAINS BEFORE THEY STEAM CLEANED. THEY LOOK BEAUTIFUL.
