SPIN DOCTOR APPLIANCE REPAIR

I have a Whirlpool Duet Washing machine that was getting an F35/Sud error. The machine would not run any cycle. I called David Hatch (owner of Spin Dotor) based on his very positive reviews on Yelp. He had not been reviewed yet here on Angie's List. He did an outstanding job. After speaking with me on the telephone, he said the most common reason for this problem was a bad computer card in the machine. He checked the price on the card at the appliance parts store and called me back to see if this would be OK. I agreed. He then came to my house within a few minutes of the scheduled time. After running some diagnostics and looking for other possible causes of this problem, he determined that it was indeed the card and he replaced it. He confirmed that the fix worked and he guaranteed the work for a year. He was efficient and thorough. I highly recommend him for any large appliance repairs you may need.
