It went great! Eric Larsen and assistant Ray showed up on time, as scheduled, to clean a BBQ grill that came with the house we bought a couple of years ago. I doubt that the grill, which was perhaps 15 years old, had ever been cleaned! After checking the cost of buying a replacement grill, I figured it would be far more effective to have the existing grill professionally cleaned. The results were spectacular. After working for four hours (in the shade they brought), the grill was indeed sparkling. Eric also replaced a defective igniter at no extra cost (we had been lighting the grill with a butane match). There is no Angie's List category for "Grill Cleaning," but besides grill cleaning, Sparkle also offers repairs, parts, maintenance, sales, and warranty work on grills of all kinds.
