+ -1 moreLuis has an incredibly efficient work force, quiet, non-intrusive, all business (no loafing around). In addition, they trimmed back all the overhanging trees and hauled off the trimmings. They would arrive mid morning, get their tasks done, and leave. It took four days, which allowed for the drying time and successive coats. They even coated underneath the HVAC and satellite stand. I was very impressed. We had a good steady rain the next day, and we no longer had the scupper leak.
Description of Work: Applied rubberized roofing to flat roof of home built in 1937 and on carport roof. Rubberized parapets and reinforced coverage on the scuppers. Applied two coats of reflective sealant.

+ -1 moreI could not be happier. Extremely professional. Explained everything that would be done. Used top of the line material. Arrived on time. Washed roof one day, applied first coat early the second day and applied second coat on the third day. Also comes with a 5 year transferrable warranty. I would, with any hesitation, recommend this company to anyone who needs roof maintenance or repair. Great experience.

Description of Work: This was our second experience with Southwest Rubberized Roofing and I cannot say enough positive things about this company and Mr. Majarro and his roofing crew. The work included pressure wash, as needed roof repairs and the application of two coats of Kool Kote Elastomeric Mastic to all roof surfaces. The resulting work was completed as contracted with all debris, waste and other roof trash removed from job site. The drains, scuppers and gutters were cleaned and where necessary repaired before applying two coats of roofing mastic as specified. The job was completed in a highly professional manner. Mr. Luis Mogarro and crew were friendly, professional and brought additional value to the job at hand. The size of the job represented nearly 3000 sq foot divided into three separate sections making the job that much more difficult. A superior job was done and I would highly recommend Southwest Rubberized Roofing.
