Great review of my house, keeps the builder on his toes

An inspector, Eric, contacted me within an hour of my having selected the company on Angi/ HomeAdvisor. He also arrived at the time we agreed on. What a great professional! Eric spent almost four (4) hours inspecting my 67-year old prospective home - from top to bottom and in all of the nooks & crannies. He didn't rush, he explained things to me in terms I could understand and, he even shared some DIY tips to address some of the challenges. All at a very reasonable price. Southern AZ Home Inspections is the company you must hire if you are looking for customer focused service, professional experience, AND integrity.

Thorough report, meticulous inspection, well worth the cost

He came in and went right to work. We had the report before he left. We then sent the report to the builder and the builder chipped through the repairs.

Timely, thorough and honest!

Very thorough and detailed.

Eric is the best home inspector I have ever had in my life. He is extremely thorough, inspecting aspects of the home I never even knew about. He spends a great amount of time at the inspections and writes an exhaustive report, complete with photos and additional visual aids pointing to existing problems with the home and a summary of main problems. Furthermore, he is professional, kind, and he makes clear that he is available for followup questions (and he calls you back ASAP!) I recommend him wholeheartedly!!
