Southern AZ Home Inspections

I'm a first-time home buyer, and I wanted to make sure I wasn't buying a money pit. I saw that Southern Arizona Home Inspections was highly rated on Home Advisor, and decided to take a chance by calling them up. I spoke to Eric on a Thursday, received an excellent quote, and scheduled for a full home inspection that following Monday. Over the weekend, I had a few questions and decided to e-mail Eric, and I received a prompt response. On Monday, Eric called to confirm our appointment, and called again later to inform me that he'd be arriving 15 minutes late due to traffic. From his arrival to his departure, Eric was very professional; performing a very thorough inspection, and documenting each and every finding. At the end of his inspection he presented us with a detailed report including pictures, a basic home maintenance book, and tips for first-time home buyers, all which were encased in one binder. When it's time for renovatons, or purchasing another home, Eric will definitely be the one we call for our next inspection.

Eric was right on time and extremely thorough. He left me with a very elaborate printed report with pictures and diagrams of problems. Then he asked if I was a veteran, and when I told him that I was with the Marines in Viet Nam he gave me an unsolicited 10% discount.

I cannot say enough to describe the courteous, competent and professionalism Eric exhibited during my home inspection. He found things that a normal person would never think of looking for. He really "saved me" in buying a house full of problems. This guy simply put is "the best". I will definitely hire him again for my next home inspection in a few weeks.

Eric was prompt, professional, upon completion of the inspection he took his time explaining the deficiencies he found. He had visual evidence of his findings; and was courteous enough to furnish the findings with the pictures in the form of digital copy. His final product was on my computer in the evening. Fast service from a professional willing to go the extra mile.
