Very detailed report . Thorough inspection.

It was seamless hiring his company through Home Advisor and the work product was exceptional. Eric arrived at the property and completed a thorough inspection. He contacted me afterward and explained all aspects of the report. He was very knowledgeable of the building codes and found damage that required immediate attention. I am glad that we selected him to complete our home inspection.

Eric arrived on time and was very meticulous. We had the written report by end of day. He patiently answered my questions. Eric offers discounts for first time home buyers and veterans, plus he is available on weekends which was very handy since I had to drive from Phoenix to meet him at the new house.

Eric took the time to explain everything that needed to be repaired. He checked every crack and crevice in the home we currently have in escrow.

He was really sweet and kind, and stuck around despite an hour long delay!

My friends met Eric for me as I am in Massachusetts. My friend who is a business owner in the area was very impressed. The realtor for the house was also impressed. The realtor uses another Home Inspection Agency and she was very impressed with Eric. He answered a lot more questions than the other agency she uses.
