I used this contractor for many jobs over about 15 years and the work was always fantastic. When I moved to another home a year ago, I used this same contractor and the results were quite different. The tile installer for my kitchen backsplash made a mess that Mark cleaned up. The bathroom job was done by another of his installers. The owner, Mark, should have told me the tile I selected was too large for the area. The result is all broken up. The grout was installed with a different color than I picked and the result is not good. In addition, all the cut edges are not smooth. The tile on the shower floor is being totally redone by another contractor. Mark told us our plumber didn't set the floor correctly so we switched to the plummer he used. The result is the slope is too steep to the drain and the small tiles on the sheets were not set evenly so we are redoing the shower floor, the worst part of the job. The niche for the shower, which I asked not to install, was horribly done with jagged edges and lots of irregular little pieces of the tile. The entire job looks as if it was not professionally done.
