Solutions Pest Services

We switched to Solutions four years ago. We keep our yearly contract with them--$120 a year. They are incredible prompt and responsive. We have had them as a service for 4 years. For two of the years, they only came out for the yearly check and when we thought we had problems. Then, we have had them out when the problem turned out to be real--as it was in july. They treat each call as real. It has never cost us more than the $120.

Rusty Newcomer is very knowledgeable. I ask him questions about anything to do with pest control and he can explain it. He owns the company. When I had problems with other companies Rusty told me how to resolve it. He goes above and beyond. He does what he says. He is competent, honest, and thorough. You can trust him in your house and outside of your home. I had a problem with another company and he told me who to contact to resolveit and they did. He wears shoe covers when he sets foot in your house. He respects your property.

He has been in business for 15 years. He knows his stuff and is good at it. We have a yearly retainer agreement with him. The retainer is an insurance policy and the charge for the annual inspection. I am absolutely pleased with his service. Last year I noticed some termites coming in one of my walls and he came out, drilled into the concrete slab and sprayed in there. He checked over my whole house and even came back later to make sure that the spraying he had done was effective. Early this year we had some termite problems in the kitchen ceiling and I had a guy come in and look at it. The Solutions guy had told us if we ever had the ceiling fixed, he wanted to have a look at it when they got it down. I called him; he came over and found termites in the wood above a particular hole. He spent a day and a half replacing the ceiling struts and braces and spraying what he could up there to get rid of the termites. There was no additional charge; it was included in the yearly retainer. He spent way more time on the job than the yearly retainer would have paid for. He is excellent and does a wonderful job. I think highly of him. He does not quit until the problem is solved. The pricing is great. He cleans up after himself and he also fills the holes that he drills. There have been no recurrences of termites wherever he has sprayed. He is careful and leaves no mess, no chemical waste or concrete lying around. I have absolutely no complaints.

David was honest and thorough. He showed us the damage he had found and treated promptly.
