They came on the day that the problem occurred. They were booked and it was for my rental unit and they were able to squeeze in the appointment. My unit is on a home warranty policy. Their price was excellent because I only paid for maintenance fee for the home warranty. I have used them before and I am going to continue to use them.

We are in property management and we do quite a bit of business with them. They are a company that is easy for us to place work orders with. They work after hours and on weekends so we get pretty responsive work from them. They are competitively priced as far as plumbers go. We've been using them since at least 2011.

Cleared roots from sewer system after another company failed to perform satisfactorily.

They did an awesome job. Work is clean, quality and cleared inspection. They organized the permit and inspection. Some confusion at the end regarding the final switch over from old lines to new lines (we removed the old lines to use them for other projects). We had to call them and request a Saturday stop in to complete the job. Apparently the workman thought the gas company needed to switch the lines? However that was nonsense, not sure where that confusion stemmed from. He came out on Saturday to connect the lines after a brief chat on the phone. Other than the confusion at the end we loved the support from the office staff and the work that was completed. We even organized a second smaller job a week later with the same workman. We will definitely use them again for our future bathroom remodel.

I bought a washer for my new/old place and the faucets for it were unuseable so I decided to also replace one set in a shower and the kitchen stems as 3 of the 4 dripped. The technician was on time (actually a few minutes early), friendly, discussed what he was doing and why, was fast and cleaned up. The reason I would not use them again is unrelated to this service and I assume an anomaly as my in person experience was very good and they have great reviews here which was why I chose them in the first place.

Will did a great job! He was very patient with me for all my questions and was very thorough in explaining all to me. He also answered questions I had about other plumbing issues. This is the second time I have used Silverado plumbing and have found them to be very reasonably priced compared to other estimates I received, very prompt, professional and honest.

We were very happy with them. They were far more reasonable than the rest.

They charge by the hour and they finished multiple projects during the hour they were here. They did very good work. I consider them professional plumbers and have been using them for many years.

For years we had blocked sewage problem. Our former plumber would feed it root killer once a year and that worked till we lost him to tragic circumstances. He was the type to work on the site himself. We were at the time out of town rental property owners. I came across a referral and contacted the plumbing company, they were very expensive and never took care of the problem. Our tenants had to call every month, the last two times, it was out of office hours and the rate was $200 each time regardless of how long the work took and that just for getting on the site, other charges pile on top of that. Desperate, I hit the net and called another company, it was again very expensive and nothing done, we were told it takes serious work and given a quote of $2,000 over. That was when I came across Silverado Plumbing online and liked what I read about the company. I called and the owner, Scott Valentine answered the phone himself. The work was done for around $700 and we never had a problem with blocked sewage pipes ever since. After suffering for years, decades with the problem of roots from the Eucalytus tree growing inside, clogging up the pipes, Silverado plumbing solved the problem. After a nightmarish time of over charging by plumbing companies, Silverado felt like a godsend and miracle worker. It has been over 5 years and we never have problem with blocked sewage pipes again. Needless to say, Silverado is it for us. What I like about the company is - the owner himself, Scott Valentine, is out working at the sites. Their office contact is a very able pleasant man, Robert, who is unfailingly pleasant and helpful. It is a very effective company who get the work done for very reasonable rates. I recommend it highly.

They are really, really good. They are very professional, rates are very reasonable and prompt. It's a small company. We had tried a couple other plumbing companies and they weren't able to solve the problem but Silverado Plumbing did.

I would say it went GREAT. I had drains that were backed up throughout my house for some time, and called Silverado because I had heard about them from a fellow realtor who uses them faithfully. I was not disappointed! The office staff was friendly and helpful. I have definitely recommended Silverado to many.
