Extremely professional. Went the extra mile to insure that they used outstanding subcontractors. Extended great considerations to military veteran. I was treated with respect and felt I was well informed throughout all phases of purchase and installation. I particularly was impressed with the Smart Controller with remote sensor that went with my Lennox Variable Speed Split system.

My only complaint is that they recommend a device that connects to the units sometime after installation. I forget what itâ s called, but it will cut down electric costs by a significant amount because your unit wonâ t use as much power each time it starts up. Considering the price and not knowing about the device until my annual maintenance, I think itâ s a bit disingenuous not to tell the customer at the time of installation, especially with something that affects your electrical bill the way a/c units can.

I like the fact the owner spoke to me not a sales person and explain what needed to be done if I decided to go with their company, he was very observant about the windows I had in the house the size of the the returned vent asked about the age of heater and cooler. Decided to go with them, the project was done in a day. Very impressed by the workers, I highly recommend, will let others folks know about this company.

They answered the phone. Made quick, positive scheduling decisions. Three large a/câ s serviced. Two parts replaced under warranty and in about 3 hours from first phone call. The tech, Stuart was a welcomed pro.very knowledgeable; carried the right inventory; fun to talk with. The price was great and we are cool again. Both Stuart and the company are strongly recommended

Signature Heating and Cooling is over the top on customer service. They were truly excellent in dealing with us. They spent the time to explain our options in detail and answerd every one of our requests promptly. They installed a unit that was a new model and we were the first in AZ to have it installed. That meant a firmware download which was done and the system works perfectly. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat and recommend to anyone to do the same.

The options aren't available for "Air Conditioning". They will be replacing my entire A/C Heating System on September 13.

Tech came out late to look at the system, but decided after reviewing its operation that he would need to come back when he had more time to investigate issues. The tech did not come back, and the AC stopped working completely 2 days later. I called the office again, but by the time they called me back, I had already got someone else out to look at it.

Quick checked the unit and said it was working correctly.

Installers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Came on time kept us informed on what they were doing. Cleaned up their mess before they left. Showed me how to work the thermostat. They didn't waste time. They came and did their job and were gone.
