Read good reviews regarding Signature and service tech Steve. Steve was excellent, knew his craft well from 20+ years experience, and did not try to upsell me on anything that didn't need upselling. His A/C repairs/service included doing some tasks that were overlooked by other previous vendors. Very pleased and will definitely use again

Brandon and his crew were very polite and professional; Offered me a new system at a very reasonable price. The installers, Rudy and Dwayne, arrived on time /as promised and did a fantastic installation job. So far it seems to be a good job. We'll see when the temperature gets to be above 110°. I had a bit of problem since they wanted $780 cash before the bought motor and pads for cooler. I don't pay till job is done.

Be sure you get a quote, before they do any work. They are expensive. I will never use them again.

Steve, the Technician was great. He called ahead of time that he was on his way, and arrived on time. He was very professional and patient, listening to all my questions. After his inspection, he explained my options with regard to cost, remaining warranty and the way service plans could help. He will be returning later today with needed parts, so I won't have to be without a/c. I was very pleased with his service.

I did have an issue with this company when they first came to diagnose my unit. Upon being made aware of my concerns, the owner Brandon did his utmost to make the situation right. He presented corrective actions that will address the root cause of the issue we had. I appreciate his customer service and his willingness to address the problem. Due to his action, I am changing this review from 1 star to 4.

Never installed the drain line, did not leave the nearly new --old-- motor, have not received a final paid in full receipt. The people seemed nice but.

They were very quick to fit me into there schedule. Justin was very knowledgeable and stayed until the job was done. Something I thought was an easy fix turned out not to be. Definitely would use them again.

I was called very quickly after submitting my request online. I had the chance to explain in detail (I believe with Brandon), and he listened to my problems and concerns on my A/C. He was very quick in scheduling me with Justin, who in less than 24 hours came to my home and inspected my unit and gave me an honest opinion in how I should proceed in figuring out the overall problem. He did not force me into any sales or work to be performed but a way to continue diagnosing the strange problem that is affecting my system. Depending on what is next, I can call back and continue working on the problem. Thank you guys. I'd recommend this team to anyone.
