The whole experience was great. Signature Heating and Cooling was very easy to work with and answered all questions asked. They set up inspection of existing system and explained what was needed to get the system fixed. They set up schedule for the work and arrived on time and did the work in one day and did a great job and explained what they had done and showed how to work the new items that had been installed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing air conditioning work.

While another company made us wait for days, Signature Heating and Cooling was at our residence within an hour of calling. They did everything they could to make us comfortable while we waited for parts to arrive to fix our A/C. When the parts did arrive, they fixed the A/C that day.

They are reliable considerate and explained the repair. I d have them back again Very nice repairman.

Steve from Signature came out yesterday within hours of my request for service. and evaluated my system. and its needs. He told me what was needed and how much it would cost. He got the unit running to give me some cooling until he returned this morning, and completed all the work necessary to completely fix my system. Steve went out of his way to save me money and the fact all this was accomplished in 24 hours, on a weekend, leaves me extremely satisfied with Signature Heating and Cooling and will recommend them to friends and family.

PROMPT CURTIOUS SERVICE. ON A SUNDAY THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE ONE HOUR AFTER MY CALL 2 HOURS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. SERVICE TECH WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO SAVE US $. THIS IS A RARE COMPANY THESE DAYS BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US. ALSO, FOUND OUT THEY WERE DOING WORK FOR VETERANS WHO COULD NOT AFFORD TO PAY. John was professional and courteous, very straightforward.

Scheduling was quick. Technician was prompt, courteous and thorough. Signed for 3 year maintenance.

The cheapest &Basic Repair Only was quoted as $925 which is almost $600 above the national average. As far as I can tell, they are totally overpriced. Unfortunately the unit quit during the hottest time of the year, the other A/C places did not reply and I had no information on the Central A/C system that came with the house.

Steve was very help full and performed a through inspection of the system.

First rate service! Customer service was excellent, response was extremely fast, and the work was appropriate and done right. The AC is working so much better and since it's 110 F in Tucson right now, I'm very happy. Thank you Signature Heating and Cooling.

My husband gave Signature a call late Friday afternoon. Shane and John Golkowski arrived at our house on Saturday morning and gave us options for our cooling system problem. We chose a new unit. No pressure, just good advice. John J, and his brother, Miguel installed our new unit on Monday morning. All men were very polite, helpful and efficient. The company also gives a military discount. You can not go wrong by choosing this company!

Air went out on a very hot day. We contacted one company they couldn't come for 3 days. This is one who sent an email said they could come same day. He was here at 8PM and fixed our air.

I contacted the company on a weekend and spoke with a representative from the company. Explained our (emergency) and she scheduled a crew to come out first thing Monday am. Great service with explanation of what needed to be done.

They were late but they accommodated me with coming on Sunday and were reasonable with prices.
