Called and left message four days ago, no reply. Inexcusable!

Sharp electric is the best. We purchased a new home and we had a list of electrical issues identified by our inspector. Sharp electric was able to come out immediately and took care of the entire list. Very efficient, knowledgeable and wonderful customer service. I will be recommending Sharp Electric to everyone. Thank you, Sharp Electric for a job well done!

Hector took everything apart and checked all connections, he even took the wall switch apart to ensure a good connection. Great Job!! Hector and his brother, Hugo, were polite and very professional. I Highly recommend them!

Had both Hector's out today and they had it figured out in 10 minutes. Great work. Reasonable and they work on Saturday - a real bonus . Would definitely use them again and recommend their services.

I called Hector, and he promptly answered my call. I called in regards to needing to and more amps to existing breaker box (had 100 amps, no need 200 amps). I on his way out of my area, but he said that he turn around to meet me at my house. THATS WOW SERVICE! He could've easily rescheduled or made other arrangements. But, he was at my house within 15 minutes. Since, I wasn't to make it to my house (my mother in law was home) he introduced himself to her and explained on why he was there. Afterwards, I called him to confirm on what he found and he was very honest and upfront about what he saw. He said that he'll send me a email with a breakdown of costs/services. I'll update this review, after I receive the email and discuss the service and costs. Stay tuned!

Over a course of about 5 days I made several phone calls to Hector to try and get an estimate. He did show up the first time, but the tenant was asleep and wasn't able to answer the door. So I called Sharp back and he said he would stop over after lunch. The tenant was waiting there to let him in but Sharp never showed. When I called Hector the next day, he said he would stop back and do the work PERIOD. No mention of cost(even after I prodded him on the phone; apparently I had lost my opportunity for a free estimate) so I understand he wants to charge me whatever he wants to do the work. NO WAY. And this is consistent with our first phone conversation when he said the estimate was going to be a minimum of $120. Once again, NO WAY. Only a fool would agree to an open ended estimate. This company advertises free estimates but there is shiftiness and the old sleight of hand going on. In short, this operator doesn't understand the proper way to do business and is out trying to take advantage of consumers. On the plus side, he does pick up his phone almost every time.

Hector Sr and Hector Jr showed up on time. They accurately figured out how to get the job done. Job was finished in good time and they cleaned up completely after job was done. I plan on having QT Electric do the same job for the other unit in the duplex.
