Oscar is a very nice guy but is very disorganized. It was hard to even get scheduled, despite my special order already having arrived at the place where I ordered my windows from. He scheduled 2 days to do the work, he was clean and courteous. But I had told him on the onset I wanted an upgraded screen door for the slider due to kids, pets, heavy traffic. He never ordered it and then when he finished installing there was NO screen door (not even the non-upgraded one). He first said the store probably forgot, then a few weeks later when I called him he said it was on backorder. I get it- he'd already been paid and didn't care about this final piece but it was frustrating. Every month I'd ping him to see if there was finally a screen (this went on since JULY) and finally today I went directly to the store. They had screens right there, and they were even nice enough to deliver it for me since they felt bad about having referred Oscar to do the installs. It was an easy resolution but I wish he would have just told me 4 months ago that I could go handle it myself instead of giving me the runaround. I won't hire him again but wish him the best.

The quality of the work was top-notch, no question about it, yet there was a bit of a schedule conflict that came up early in the installation period (involving my wife's meditation time) that seems like it could have been more amicably resolved. The and quot;fault was definitely hers, however, a phone call or two to me right away might have settled the issue without engendering any further problems. As it turned out, the final solution involved paying Sgt Windoor to make an unscheduled return to the house to complete the job.

Oscar was very quick. He was willing to be a liason between us and the store we purchased the windows from. He provided all of the measurements, picked up/delivered the windows and the installation. We would recommend him to anyone.

Oscar did a wonderful job installing our windows. He helped us order the windows, and suggested Window Depot. Once we selected the type and color of the windows, Oscar did everything else. He measured the space for each window, placed the order, and when the windows arrived, he picked them up. He removed all of the old windows and the frames and then he installed the windows himself. Oscar is very conscientious. He cleaned up and hauled off all of the old windows and debris, did a great job installing and sealing the windows, he vacuumed up in the house, and washed the windows after installation. He was really quick, and performed most of the work himself. He did call in a friend to install the 7' x 12' picture window in the living room. He was done in 3 days. He is just EXCEPTIONAL! Very, very conscientious guy. And I continue to recommend him to all my friends.
