The company came out to measure and give us a free estimate. There was no pressure to buy. We ordered screens for our downstairs windows. The screens were installed within the time frame promised. Company was very professional during the whole process. Installers responded to any questions or concerns I had during the install. Screens are well made. A good value for the security they offer. Our police department came out to our home for a security inspection. They said the security masters screens were good screens as well. We had the screens added because normal windows can be so easily broken. The security screens provide a level of security that we did not have before. Extra bonuses for us are: 1. I can leave my windows open in good weather. 2. It is difficult for anyone to see into the home during the day. 3. The screens act as a sun screen as well. 4. They look nice on our home. During the installation I noticed one screen had a small cosmetic defect at eye level. I told the company. The company had a new screen made and came out a couple of weeks later and replaced it for no extra charge. The screens are expensive but they are such a very high quality product that it is a good value for what you get. Do make sure that the installers caulk around the edges of the screen so bugs can not crawl in when you leave your windows open.

They have a great product, very expensive though. I was promised a 6-8 week turn around, and it took 11 weeks.

Product looks good on the house. Installation on time and well done.

Overall the experience was really good. We found they overpromised during the sale/quoting stage. They were a bit pushy and overpromised on the delivery of the custom made security screens. We felt a little misled because of that. But the backend of the operation was really good. The lady keeping us up to date on the delivery and installation went all out to try and compenstate for the overpromise. The install went smooth, everything looks great, and it seems very secure. Would do it again, but would ask a lot more questions at the very beginning (think of the initial meeting as a mix between a sales pitch and a quotation).

The patio enclosure serves as a security screen, sun protection, secure pet patio, and a bug free patio area.

We did have a good experience. The quality is excellent. The screen itself that they put on is just an excellent security screen. It's one of the best I've seen. Anytime I have questions, they were very quick to answer the questions. They were very quick to come out here if I wanted any kind of assistance. They were very responsive to their clients. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Their quality is superior to others. They were not pushy and honest. They are easy to work with. If you notice something that isn't a 100% to your satisfaction, they will fix it immediately. I had some little something that came up and the guy who lived in my neighborhood came by the next morning and fixed it before he went to work. They're very customer oriented. There's no other company that is equal in quality.
