I would absolutely use them again. I use to use Sears a lot when they had a physical store near by. Now I can go to another store and find most of the things I use to buy.

They will only do the cabinets, floors, that sort of thing. The plumbing was up to me. They were very quick to get someone out to sell it to me. They weren't so quick to get the work done. The work was worth the wait, it was just getting them here to do it. They are a really big company. If you have problems, and I had several, between calling them and getting something done could take months. It's partly just the way they run their company. They don't do the work. They just contract it out. They cleaned out very well. I think this guy was meticulous. He brought all his equipment here. He cut all the boards and did all the finishing work on site. They are perfect. They are gorgeous.

The work was done fine. They guy had no personality, other than that he did a good job.

The same guy has come out twice now. He was very timely. He does his work quickly. He even changed my filters and he didn't have to. He does very good work.

I go to Sears to get repairs on appliances. They do a good job. It takes them a while to get back to me.

The service provider was extremely professional, prompt, knowledgable, and fast.

They are a very high expense but I can almost see it because of their windows, it was almost like indestructible windows. I have like 14 windows in the house and 2 of them are teeny little rounds or half-rounds and it was like $25,000 so that was a lot to me. Their quality may have been pretty good. The quote alone was high. I will recommend that they have pretty windows and doors for their front door and security screen doors. Although it's not cheap, it seemed like really good quality stuff. They have a video they'll make you watch, like a SWAT team trying to break in through their security screen door and because it's so strong metal and everything, it's steel and how it's constructed, it's really good. It took them a long, long time to finally break the door. They just kind of want to push their ideas around on you. They are pushy and expensive but the guy was sort of professional. They were here on time. He tell way too much of his own personal life to me and I don't want to hear his life story so I got bad.

The repairman who came out was prompt, told me what was wrong and repaired it right on the spot. Couldn't ask for better service.

We compared Sears from Ferguson and we saved so much. The service we got from them was fine. We kept changing our minds and we kept going in and changing our order, we change our minds at least 3 or 4 times but they did it every time we went in. They provided pretty good service. They sent it out when they were supposed to.

They really tried to sell it to me. It was not worth $2500.00 to me though. It was too expensive. They were nice.

I was very impressed with their professionalism, the speed with which they responded, and the fact that they went a great length to repair my washer rather than to push me to buy a new one. I would use them again in the future.

They were on time and did a good job. It was good service.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK FOR HOW QUICK THEY GOT ALL OF IT DONE. I THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT MORE WORK THEN THEY MADE IT OUT TO BE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.
