Description of Work: Sea Green Painting prepped and painted the exterior of our home. Awesome painters! The job was professional, thorough, and neat, and the entire crew was courteous and friendly.  + -1 moreI cannot say enough positive things about Sea Green Painting. I requested and received five bids for painting the residence. Mr. Chuck Green, the owner, responded with a highly professional and complete bid in every respect. Mr. Green and his crew competed the task in three days and no one could have asked for a more professional crew. The completed job was extremely professional and one which enhanced our home and provided something that we are very proud of. What may have impressed me more than anything, and there were a number of impressive results, was the fact that there was absolutely no - none - over spray. Not the slightest amount. The quality of work simply cannot be over stated! Our next job will be the painting of the interior. I won't even bother requesting other bids. The job will belongs to Chuck Green and Sea Green Painting. Absolutely!
Description of Work: The work consisted of exterior painting of a 2755 Sq Ft residence including approximately a 100 feet of metal fence. The job included painting all stucco and wood surfaces, power washing, caulking, patching and re-texture prior to painting. All windows, doors, and all areas where stuccos and wood join were caulked as needed prior to finish painting. All wood was cleaned, caulked and any new or raw wood was primed prior to painting. Garage door was repaired in two locations. The paint spray application consisted of two coats to all exterior surfaces including a the porch ceiling running the entire width of the residence.

 + 0 moreEverything went smoothly. Any issues were addressed promptly. I love the fact that they didn't play loud music while they were working. Attitude toward owner was respectful and friendly. The work was professionally done.
Description of Work: Retexture and repair drywall, paint half of interior of house including priming and spraying pine ceiling. The owner is very nice and accomodating to my schedule. The workers were professional.

 + -1 moreExcellent communication from start to finish. Top notch pinting team, professional interactions regarding choices of HOA. Options offered to individual homeowners for additional painting of security door and windows. Always punctual. Alternative treatment for our wood vegas which extended their life and maintained integrity of their appearance. All in all, an excellent experience without any negatives. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Painted the exteriors of 8 condominium buildings (16 units). Stucco surfaces were well prepared, washed and caulked, including modiication, (cut, caulk & paint) of our wood vegas to preserve them without investing in new ones. Wood trim around garage doors was replaced with sturdy vinyl.
