SEA BREEZE CARPET CLEANING

Sea Breeze clean our very very dirty carpets from a short sale home we bought with just steam - if you don't like chemicals, this is the company. a friend used a different company to clean their carpet because it was $20 cheaper, and equally as dirty and that company did not clean the carpet all the way - many spots left, and it smelled awful for a day or so. pay the extra $20!!! highly recommend them. friendly, easy, prompt. we are fixing up a house and really, they have been the best contractors of everybody - good, professional, affordable. *note ...and i don't fault them for this, but if you are the customer - the equipment is heavy. we had some old decorative tile in front of the front door threshold - meaning it was already exposed to outside weather so not in great shape anyway, but the weight of the machine on those little tiles cracked 2 little 2 inch tiles. I honestly would not have noticed, but not to customer, if you have this scenario maybe point it out to them - they are very carefule and respectful of your property. the rest of the house is tiled, and the machine did not, nor would not ,damage any properly placed tiles. but don't get turned off to this. they were very professional , very nice, friendly, they covered every wall corner with bumpers, carefully so the machine would not hit any corners of walls, they used much precaution with the floor molding and every room has molding - not a scratch. very respectful and careful with everything in the home. the mashed and dirty carpet at the entrances of each room, were even clean and looked fluffy (that amazed me) . and i really could not believe they got out huge pink stains out ? like punch ? which is the worst. I enzymed them first but that stuff also is hit or miss. And, I think they are local not a big chain, so it's good for our economy. when you hire a chain, your money goes to some corporate headquarters who knows where. i know where my money when with Sea Breeze. it stayed here in Tucson!

They were very very nice people and they did a good job. The experience with them was very positive they were friendly, helpful and on time. It's a family outfit and super nice people. They were professional and did a good job.

They did an outstanding job, especially on the area rugs.

I have been using Sea Breeze for several years and they are the best. I gave them a B for the price because, yes, they do cost a little bit more than some of the other companies (about $30), but you get what you pay for. I used cheaper companies in the past and my carpets were really wet and took forever to dry and they did not do as good a job as Sea Breeze. In addition, the carpets did not stay as clean as when I used Sea Breeze so you end up having to get them done more frequently. So if you look at it that way, Sea Breeze would actually be cheaper because the carpets stay cleaner for longer. They move my furniture, pre- treat the carpet for stains and they used protective cones on the walls. They are very thorough and my husband is very demanding when it comes to quality work and if he approves them, they have got to be good!

Great work. They took their time, don't use toxic chemicals and left the carpets cleaner than other cleaners have in the past.

We had had two or three other cleaners including Stanley Steemer and Sea Breeze is the ONLY provider that thoroughly cleaned the carpets, including the dirty pathways. They were very courteous and efficient. We are now going to hire them to clean and reseal our marble/travertine floors. I highly recommend their services.

Kristen and Jared could not have done a better job - they were on time, worked hard, were unobtrusive and very friendly. When it was completed, the carpets looked practically new (even a big wine stain had disappeared) and they were helpful with suggestions of cleaning products that were environmentally green and inexpensive. I will definitely refer them to friends and use them again in the future!

They called to see if it was OK to come early, so arrived early with my OK. It took them longer than they had estimated, but they did a great job. I'll be happy to work with them again.

They were great, professional and polite. Free estimate that didn't change on the day of service. They were about 30 minutes late arriving. I am honestly not sure how much better my tiles look because they are multicolored and naturally have dark splotches. But there was no pushy up-sell and they were helpful in identifying the color of our grout.

They come and do the work on the carpet for two or three hours, wherein other people might just do it in one hour. They are very dedicated people. They are very charming and pleasant people. My tile and grout had not been cleaned for over 10 years. Seabreeze did a terrific job and got it clean again.
