Description of Work: Initial consult for landscape plan per $89 conceptual landscaping we paid for through Angie's list. We weren't going to go all in and have Santa Rita do all our plans and landscape, but did express interest in paying for a detailed landscape plan and to have Santa Rita do some of the work. Never heard back from them after 2 months or so and have moved on. Not interested in their services anymore, nor do we wish to be contacted by them at this point.

Description of Work: still working with them on design plans and concepts, but they seem to be quite good and professional and willing to correct any misconceptions.... believe it or not, I actually appreciate that.

Description of Work: We set up an appointment for a estimate on a landscaping job for our back yard. I took off a Friday afternoon from work for the 1:00 meeting. At 1:10 I received a call saying the guy was still in a meeting and had to cancel. I set up another meeting for the next Monday. We received a phone message saying he was 15 minutes away. After waiting 45 minutes he hadn't showed up, we called and cancelled.

Description of Work: The team top dressed my gravel. Fixed a cracked block wall and trimmed plants. The work was professional and well done John Harlan was awesome

Description of Work: I had Santa Rita Landscaping add stone over our yard. The added stone to some rain washed areas and did a great job. Very professional. John was very courteous and the job was completed as promised. I am very happy with the work and will use them again.

Description of Work: My house was featured in Phoenix Home and Garden Mag. I'm a land |arch and needed some professional advise on maintenance. They were great. Made some great contacts!

Description of Work: The design is great and the installation team were super. They were timely, respectful and willing to discuss options and respond to my suggestions. Some glitches occurred during the design phase that suggest that the client needs to be engaged and ensure the plan is as intended. The night before a review of the plan, the representative called and asked about the pavers that I wanted, when I had previously indicated that I did not want pavers and the plan was revised quickly. The representative went over the plan with me and did not seem as clear about all aspects of the design as I expected. He forgot to have me sign the contract, but came to my home to obtain the signature. When the installation team arrived, I realized that the plan indicated a pruning of huge cacti that I had informed the representative that I wanted removed. The team graciously removed them. I was accidently double-billed on my credit card. That being said, everything was managed and I am really very pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: I purchased the $89.00 landscape plan, and I feel that I got what I paid for. The plan is a great place to start a design, altho they missed 3 large trees on the drawings that were very clear from google maps. Santa Rita is Very Professional and really know how to produce a beautiful, top drawer landscape job, but I have the impression that they are also pricey. I would certainly recommend them for large / complex jobs.

Description of Work: The deal was for a landscape design, and I got exactly what I wanted...both helpful ideas, and a quality product that I can use if I choose to do the work, or hire it done.

Description of Work: I had a drawing/ design done by Garrett and it is great! He thought out the details of the job and it shows in his design. I highly recommend Santa Rita.
