+ -1 moreWe contracted with Santa Fe in Nov 2005 for a pool installation to be complete by May 2006. As of today's date 9/18/06, the pool is not finished. Quality appears OK. However, Dave Catlin (the Owner), will not return calls nor will he provide any sort of update or progress information. Very unprofessional behavior. Workers, when on site, are courteous and cooperative.
Description of Work: Install in-ground pool.

+ -1 moreWe contracted with Santa Fe Pools and Spas in November, 2005. To date (July 27th, 2006, our pool is not finished, and the owner, Dave Catlin, will not return our calls. He has closed his business, leaving no forwarding information. Business was at 4606 E. Grant Rd. We have filed a complaint with the Arizona State Registrar of Contractors. He currently has 17 open complaints; ours will be number 18.
Description of Work: In-ground swimming pool and spa.

+ -1 moreWE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY DIDN'T WORK WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, THEY WERE ALL VERY RUDE, HAD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE HAVE CALLED MANY TIMES TO GET THEM TO FIX THINGS THAT ARE WRONG, THEY WON'T RETURN THE CALL OR CHECK THINGS OUT.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT A SIXTEEN BY TWENTY SWIMMING POOL IN OUR BACK YARD.
