This has been a frustrating six month process. The initial bidding and design experiences were great. Then came the reality of the installation. The installation process has been problematic. We also had failed inspections and damage we had to chase them to repair. We now have a 47 panel installation that has generated exactly 0 watts since installation. The micro inverters are measuring exactly half the output that is specified. However, getting someone to come out and fix the wiring issue that is causing this has been a nightmare. I've been repeatedly told this is normal, and that this will 'self-correct' within a few hours. After a few hours, I was told 'within a few days'. If this was simply low operating voltage I might believe this. However, exactly half the voltage is clearly missing a leg. At this point, I really wish we had never contacted this company. At every turn there is some excuse, and the post-sales support is non-existent.

panels installed 1/20over next two months have been trying to get them to finish lost paperwork fail to inform TEP work completed .failed TEP inspection installition never completd . one part of compant has no idea what other part is doing. still no solar

Mr. [Member Name Removed] visited the same morning he submitted the reviews. We sat with him for over an hour listening and figuring out the quickest way to fix the unresolved issues. We sent our own tech out to fix the problem within 3 hours of his visit. TEP was contacted to head back out to place the "solar" meter. We also are reimbursing him for his payment made to his solar system and offered to reimburse another if TEP does not get there in time. We know not every project may go perfect and within our usual timeline, however we do make things right when issues arise. [Member Name Removed] has my personal number for any further communication.

It was nothing but a great experience with them. They came in and everything was explained to us. Everything was moved quickly. They installed it in 2 days. They were polite. They were very informative. They made us feel at ease. Everything went fine. They don't have to come back to fix anything.
