We couldn't be happier with the house. The builder's challenge was to ensure the exterior of the house conformed to some rigid requirements of the historical preservations commission but was also completely modern and up to date on the inside, while being as green as possible. The house not only met, but exceeded our expectations. It has been featured on the AIA architectural tour in October 2011, won a prestigious Architecture Magazine award, and is currently featured in the Spring issue of Luxe magazine. Throughout the entire process, Luis was responsive, had knowledgable and expert subcontractors, and worked well with the architects.
