+ -1 moreLeak in Dining room never fixed after being talked into needing an entire new roof with layers and sealed on top plus fixing the leak to the tune of $3,000 job with supposed 3-year warranty. Ripped out my ceiling to find the recurring solution and never did. Left ceiling ripped open. Had to pay another reliable recommended person to patch it up and paint it after finding another roofer with references who fixed the area and needed a crane to lift the air conditioner.. I would have paid S$S (typo intended) to have the crane out if they would just fix the leak but no confidence would not allow that. They also kept talking about their Christian link to churches and I don't think ignoring a high paying customer and leaving them high and dry wa$ very Christian. Not in the book I'm reading.

Description of Work: I wish I could have had services performed, but they could not even get me an estimate. The issue was that I had a home inspection deadline, and they told me they would get me an estimate by the deadline. They were then chronically unavailable, and I am now at a serious disadvantage in my purchase contract because my inspection period expired. They are extremely unprofessional, and if they cannot even get me an estimate by the time I need it, I doubt that their work is any good.

Description of Work: Had a roof with some leaks. Contractor came and looked and said he'd be back to do the job. Did not.

+ -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK DONE. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN WORKERS AND PICKED UP AFTER THEMSELVES EVERY DAY. THEY WERE EFFICIENT AND FINISHED ON TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: I HAD TO HAVE PARTS OF MY ROOF REPAIRED.

+ -1 moreS & S ROOFING IS THE WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO HIRE. THEY HAVE NOT FINISHED THE WORK, THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE IS OF VERY POOR QUALITY, NAILS ARE STICKING UP. THEY WERE NEVER ON TIME, AND THEN THEY JUST STOPPED COMING.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY WAS SUPPOSED TO REPLACE MY ENTIRE ROOF, I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO FINISH, SINCE APRIL.
