Will decide on new AC units when I get the final quote.
Description of Work: Clean and inspect both inside and outside unitsand change filters. Gave a quote on new top of the line Carrier units both the inside and outside units. Got a quote from Lennix for $3000.00 more for just the outside unit (heat pump) a split system, Carrier at $9400.00 while Lennix was $12492.00 for just the outside condenser unit! I will get one more quote before we decide. Will update as the new quote comes in.

They were fine. They were very professional. I am a realtor so this was actually for a house that I had listed. I think their price was a little high, but I don't think it was higher than anybody else. I don't have any complaints.

GREAT PEOPLE!
Description of Work: I have got to S&S for AC and Furnace parts. And they have been extremely helpful sharing their knowledge with me for me to install the items myself saving me hundreds of dollars in service repairs. Their parts pricing is very reasonable and comparable to online pricing. Can NOT say anything but wonderful things about them. They will go the extra mile for you!

The original HVAC company I hired I was not pleased with. I contacted S&S and they were able to repair the leak and just bent over backwards to make me a happy customer.
Description of Work: They repaired a freon leak, yearly service contract.

Very well. Repair man was prompt, courteous, kept in communication with me at work, picked up parts, effected repair promptly and efficiently. Hourly price and minimum charge given at time appointment was made.

I HAD NO IDEA WHAT HAPPENED TO MY AIR CONDITIONER. I CALLED OUT THE COMPANY AND THEY IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. THEIR SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY GOOD AND HIGH QUALITY. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF NEEDED.
