Terrible! Left numerous messages and hasn't returned on call in a year!

One year later had to be redone and it was never corrected!

I had been trying to get someone to come to my home for over a year to repair the pool deck before we built our addition on a home my parent's own. I contacted four different companies and got estimates between 15,000 and 25,000 dollars...way over what I wanted to spend. I had decided to go with Rojo's and when we went to sign to contract, the representative did not even show up at the office. My sister recommended Ruben Reyes as having done work in her neighborhood. I contacted him on Saturday and he showed up on Sunday. He chipped off the old pool deck, resurfaced it, and repainted it. He removed the diving board and rounded the pool deck over the edge of the pool. It looks spectacular and he charged only $5500. That was $7000 less than Rojo's. Since the work was so good and he was so professional, we hired him to put up a brick wall around our new home and pour a pad to put a hot tub on. The wall was built on a slight downhill slope, but it appears level with the house. He has been working with the builder to coordinate the finishing the floors. He has been extremely professional and quickly answers our calls. The floors are looking fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

Scoped out job the day before application. Came in early and scrubbed, then chemical cleaned existing surfaces. After drying applied coatings - achieving a great match to existing simulated flagstone. Would have completed in one day if not for rain delay in the afternoon.
