There was an initial error in the size of the tempered glass. Raul temporarily replaced the pane with laminated glass while awaiting the correct pane which he then professionally installed. Raul wanted to discount the job because of the delay. Instead I decided to reward his conscientiousness and professionalism with a bonus. Very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

I hired R and R Home Improvements to seal a window that had been leaking. Raul worked me into his schedule and got the window sealed up before the rain predicted showed up. He was fast, thorough and very conscience. He called me after the rain to make sure the leak was fixed. I appreciated his considerate nature.

This finished work looks better than the original and he creatively found a way to more permanently fix what was more damaged than expected. Very highly recommend!!
