Raul came by the same day that I called to look at the job. We discussed what needed to be done and set up a date for when he was available. He called to let me know that he was going to be late because he was waiting on materials. Started the job as soon as he got here. He did a very good job even though is was harder than he thought it would be. He did not charge any extra from the original invoice. I did pay him extra because of the time he spent. He was professional, dressed well, polite. I would definitely use him again.
