+ -1 moreI contacted them late February. We are very familiar with the company. We've used them for five years for weed spraying. When I called them I found out the owner of the company is working in another state and no longer the person we deal with. They matched me with another person who never followed up with me. I would talk with scheduling and would leave it to the service person to call me and set up the date. They made promises but never called us back. I tried to call for a month. I had to call from a different number and he immediately called me back. By the time this happened I had already started calling other companies.

Description of Work: We had used Royal for 7 years but after the Grandfather passed away the level of service went down the drain. We tried to get them to do some extra work, for which we were more than willing to pay, for 5 Months and they never responded until the 5th Month when it wasn't even close to being what we wanted. Sadly, we had to let them go.
