This company is great to work with. The owner is responsive, extremely open for questions and updated me twice a day on job status. Crew was responsive to a small vibration issue from the compressor and very tidy. Work was initiated on time and completed a day early despite early summer heat. I will be asking them back when it is time to maintain the flat roof areas again. Royal was also low bid out of 8 bids, but the responsiveness of their owner was what made me choose them.

Bill brought a 3 man crew who have been with him between 10 and 30 years. He must be a very good boss! The area they worked on was approximately 12'x8'. Bill kept me informed of what they were finding after the tile was removed and took pictures of the problems to show me. They had to replace some wood they were not anticipating, but handled it well. There was no extra charge above the estimate which I thought was very nice. Bill feels sure he remedied my leak, but it was just done yesterday and I only had a sprinkle last night. Now I would like a good rain to test the leak. I will say Bill is very knowledgeable and explains the problems very well. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.

The proposal submitted was very clear, listed the specific products to be used and detailed the costs (including listing any possible additional costs). When I had questions or issues that I needed to have resolved regarding the proposal I got a quick and clear response. The owner was willing to explain in detail what they would do and how they would do the work. They were able to start work promptly (no problems scheduling for a reasonable date to start) and they were on time every day. Each day work was completed leaving the roof in a safe condition and water tight. Each day everything was cleaned up nicely. Some materials were left on site overnight with my permission, but they were all cleared up and out of the way. The quality of materials used and the quality of the work met or exceeded my expectations and were better than I had seen done by previous roofers. The roofs were completed in four days and about an hour of the fifth day (I was told to expect it to take all week). As an extra bonus, workers did not have music playing all day (I was expecting this and wasn't going to complain, but I think it shows extra consideration for the customer that you frequently don't find from construction crews). This was not the lowest bid I got, but I will still give them full marks for price given the quality of the work. All work was done for the original quoted price with no added charges.

Great! Costs more than other roofers, but has high quality materials and workmanship. Completed within 1.5 days. We feel safe and secure for the next 30 years!

Bill (owner) came to give an appraisal on time. He also was dressed very neatly and clean. When it came to doing the work he arrived on time. He and his foreman (of 19 yrs.) carefully removed the old roofing materials, took care of the cooler. I would recommend Royal Roofing to anyone. He may be more expensive but the quality of this company's work is outstanding and done very professionally. We look forward to coming back in 2 more years to re-coat our roof.

I like to hang around during any work on my house, but I could leave them alone and be confident I would still get a good job. They clean up, too. They tarp any exposed work overnight, even if zero chance of rain. Bill comes by and checks the completed job; a nice touch.

He did an outstanding job. He was more expensive but I was impressed with the work. He did a really good job. I would recommend him in a heart beat.

Bill (the owner) arrived on time to give us an estimate on re-coating our townhouse's flat roof and to remove an un-used evaporative swamp cooler from our roof. He was very professional and helpful. He explained our roof's condition in an honest manner and in a way that made sense. The next week he and his crew arrived promptly, cleaned our roof then applied the coating. They also re-sealed the roof's edges. They were very neat with their work, they covered our nearby travel trailer with a tarp to protect it. Another thing I particularly liked was the fact they cleaned the roof with a hose, brush, and chemical-free TSP rather than power washing it. I feel that power washing can cause damage to a roof's surface. We received several quotes from other roofing contractors, we are so glad that we chose Royal Roofing. They also warranty their work. We will definitely use them again in the future.

It went very well. The owner (Bill) was very helpful when explaining his estimate (I learned some things), his estimate was the lowest of several that I obtained and he was able to schedule the job when I wanted it done. They showed up at the scheduled time and (except for some rain delays) got the job done. It has since rained - no leaks.

We were very pleased with the work. The true test will be when it rains! I was expecting MUCH more in costs once the foam roof was stripped, but the repairs were less than anticipated. They even did some work at no charge.

THEY REPLACED MOST OF THE WOOD ON THE BACK PORCH AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THEY CAME ON TIME AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE WORK THEY DID FOR ME. I GIVE THEM TWO THUMBS UP!

OUR PORCH LOOKS SO NICE SINCE WE HAD IT REPAIRED. IT NEEDED A LOT OF NEW WOOD AND SEEMED TO BE FALLING APART. THEY ALSO USED A HIGH QUALITY WATERPROOFING LIQUID ON IT. THEY EVEN GOT RID OF ALL THE OLD WOOD WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.
